I can't brag enough on these cabins. Me and my grandson stayed here on our Arkansas adventure to the caverns. Fully stocked with all we needed (Towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, coffee, bedding, Ice, etc.) These appeared to be in town but you don't feel like you are because of how they are located. And there is a pool. These cabins have it all. We stayed in the cabin named Mountain Music Inn. The extra we paid for the cabin vs staying in the cheaper hotel was well worth it. Walmart is nearby so we bought our food and ate at in. This is where I will stay again and again when I am in the area. It is only a short distance from the caverns so I recommend these cabins above everything else I seen.

Was in Mt View for a classic truck show and needed a room for two night. I stayed in room 27 and it was clean and had a comfortable bed. WiFi worked well

My family of 3 had a nice stay in the Jail House Rock cabin. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had dishes and silverware for 4, plenty of pots and pans, an oven, stove, and refrigerator. The bathroom had towels, washcloths, makeup removal wipes, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels were replaced with clean ones on the second day. We stayed 2 nights. The location is perfect for being able to walk to everything around the square.

We stayed in motel #4 and the 2 beds that were in it were worn out. Ever time you moved it sounded like snap crackle and pop. I thought about asking for another room it was that bad.

Clean, basic, full kitchen, sofa, lacked electrical outlets in bedroom for charging. Not a real log cabin. Great location near town square.

Not clean. No communication.
Not worth the price they charge.

Honestly would like a refund.

These used to be amazing when they were under the olde management.

Ever since the original manager retired and her sister took over, they’ve gone straight down hill.

We’ve been told that she’s in it just for the money. I believe it.

The place was not clean.
There was splatter on the walls from the trash can. Dust everywhere. The tub was not clean at all and had dirt all over it.

We stayed during the holidays so no one was in the office and we were not able to get a hold of anyone. Even through email no one responded.

We were able to call and get a hold of someone only on the last day.

The only compensation was offering to be moved to another room.
This would have been not helpful as we weren’t able to reach anyone until the last day of our stay.

We stayed in cabin 107 in the valley. It was one of the few places available to book with a kitchenette a couple of months before the bean fest so I booked it. This cabin was not like the Pinewood cabins by the square so don't expect it to be the same. Cabin smelled bad, there wasn't any silverware except for two butter knives, the toaster was greasy, no paper towels, and they give you only two towels per day and bring two more the next day. The bathroom was clean but need a good deep clean. There is a closet to hang clothes but no hangers. Cabin seemed just overall like a cheap rent house. I will say that the bed was comfy and the sheets were clean and smelled nice. The coffee pot was clean and worked so that was a plus. If you book this cabin the stay will be fine if you bring your own utensils, hangers, cleaning supplies/antibacterial wipes, toaster if needed, paper towels, good toilet paper. Overall, not the worst place but small, simple changes/improvements could have made the stay This cabin served it's purpose as a place to stay but will book somewhere else next time.

Upon arrival the room was not clean in particular the bathroom. In all fairness, we called and they sent someone immediately. Second issue, the name is “cabins on the square”, which is the business name. They might could have alluded to the fact that they have some cabins which are not anywhere near the square. Around 2.3 miles away to be exact. This wasn’t a deal breaker for us, but I would have been hot had I had planned on walking with my guitar. And it is simply misleading, whether by intent or not. A positive, the pool was clean and well maintained. A negative, cooking utensils are almost non existent. No paper towels or plates provided. Did not say they would be but would have been nice. Very dated overall and not kept up. I mean I get it, $115 a night but paint is cheap, take a little pride. Maybe change the floors out, they just don’t look clean, whether they are or not. One more thing, it’s summertime in Arkansas at the time I am writing this. I like to take two showers a day this time of year, maybe provide more than one towel and one washcloth per person?
