Samantha is in the middle of booking our 6th or 7th vacation (I've lost track). I only book with her! Not only is she very professional, but she is there for you from when she starts the booking until after you get home. On one of our trips our returning flight from Florida to California was cancelled as we were heading to the airport, so we called Samantha and asked her to get us to California. She not only found us a flight to California, she was also able to book us a room and a rental car (because it was not to the airport our car was at). After all this, we gave her all the extra receipts and she took care of an insurance claim for us, getting back all the money we had to put out because of the cancellation. She went above our expectations and we would highly recommend Samantha for all of your travel needs!

Samantha helped me and a group of friends plan a trip to an all inclusive resort in Mexico. We were a big group-about 20 people or so- and she did a great job. When someone was left without a shuttle because their plane landed late, she was able to help coordinate last minute transportation. She was always very professional and made the trip so easy! Since then, she has helped 2 of my friends coordinate their trips and they also said they had a great experience! I highly recommend her!!!
