Who says Louisiana isn’t a great place to be?! My son and I take fishing trip each year. 2024 is definitely one for the books! We met some amazing people at Bowfishing Unlimited!!! Accommodations were top notch, comfortable and clean. They were super helpful about places to eat/see during our 4 day stay. Working around a little weather, they got us out in the boats both night and day and made it a trip of a lifetime! The guides were great with my 13 year old son. Kenneth really knew the swamps at night and put us on top of all kinds of big fish. We felt totally at ease out there with him. Jason was our daytime trip captain and made sure Marvin was in the right spot to catch the best he possibly could. Both guides were obviously very knowledgeable of the area. The owners were so kind and friendly. People I would definitely hang out with again! Highly recommend this place to experience your next adventure! Five stars all the way!!

Took a swim in the canal, hung out with the boys, and had a nice evening on the water with the guides on the airboat! Very nice gear !

Hands down best charters I’ve ever been on. Two bowfishing charters and Yellowfin tuna trip in 24 hrs was well worth the lack of sleep. Accommodations were awesome and being able to stay right where the air boats launch is great. Capt Jeremy and crew will put you on the fish.

Booked a charter last February. Got to cabin and there was a gas leak from stove, mold coming out of vents, and filthy. No one would answer or call us back. Literally left stranded hours from home. Luckily found other lodging for the night. The person that contacted me back the next morning, yelled at me for calling so many times and said she was busy handling other problems hung up on me. She finally called my husband back and said that was the only lodging they had for us. He canceled the rest of the trip. Wouldn’t give our deposit back. Only concerned when he mentioned a bad review! This company is a joke! I wish I could add the pictures to this review.

Great trip! We went on a rod and reel trip and had a blast. Caught a ton of fish, had a fantastic time. Boats and guides are all top notch, I'd highly highly recommend it and can't wait to go back.

Unfortunately I do not have a great review to share like so many others, though I wish I did. We drove over 10 hours from TX to fish with this charter. They picked us up from the dock almost an hour late, spent another 30 minutes putting fuel in the generator, only to then sit for another 30-45 mins in the dark while they tried to get the generator working. We finally started fishing over two hours later than we should have. The generator failed every 15 minutes for the duration of the night. The generator would only run lights on one side of the boat, so everyone had to fish on the same side of the boat. We had shots at fish, however, the bows & reels we were provided only functioned properly about 30% of the time. ONE member of our party shot ONE fish throughout the entire night. We were still brought back to the dock at midnight, meaning our time was cut in half, with lights that didn't work, and equipment that didn't work. It was an absolutely awful experience.

We understand how charters work. You don't always come home with fish. However, malfunctioning equipment for the entire duration of the charter, as well as time being cut short due to lack of preparation? That should not be accepted as part of a normal charter experience.

We fished on November 18th, 2022. Management was notified about this experience the next morning and absolutely nothing has been done to rectify this. If this review is still up, management has continued to ignore customers that payed for a service they did not receive.

If there was a 6th star, Jeremy and the crew at Bowfishing unlimited would get a 6 star rating. I can’t speak highly enough about this outfit. We recently went on our 8th trip and it seems to get better every time.

From the lodging, which is awesome. To the food at the Dock Stop… this place never ceases to impress me every time I come down.. We plan a family trip every November, and every friend I bring down fights to be on the next trip because we consistently have a great time.

We are lifetime customers due to the amazing customer service and awesome fishing down South. Do yourself a favor and book a trip!! You won’t regret it.
