What a great experience with Texarkana Tents & Events! Great customer service. Quality of rented items were great. We had a 21st birthday for my heavenly daughter who would have been turning 21 and the chairs and pink carpet were the perfect accents! Everyone loved the chairs! They were more beautiful in person than the pics!

Rented a 20x30 tent for an event. Best price anywhere! Called multiple companies. Best customer service of anyone we spoke with. Excellent communication. Did everything they said they were going to. Arrived on time for set up. I highly recommend utilizing this company for all your event needs. Would give 10 stars if I could. We are in Hot Springs. No additional delivery charge. One flat rate, no hidden fees.

Very disappointed!!! I was left with no drink machine for my daughters wedding after months of communication, verifying dates and price. Week of, after several read texts un-responded to and calls sent to voicemail, I finally get him to answer, apologizes for being so busy, then promises to make sure a machine is ready and call me first thing Friday morning, the day of pick up. I get no call, no response to texts, and declined calls. Knowing I needed it that day for rehearsal dinner and the following for the wedding. NOTHING! NO COMMUNICATION, just ghosted! Luckily I was able to rent from our venue, at a higher price. The least we deserved is an explanation as to why we were left with no machine, SOMETHING!!

I’d give 10 stars if I could, we had such a great experience with Rob and his crew for our wedding over the weekend! They dropped off, set up, and came to tear down & pick up and did it all so quickly and easily! Rob even picked up other rentals we had at Dots and delivered/returned them for us too! He was so easy to work with and exceeded all of our expectations!

Great and prompt service, super professional staff…the tent was well set and the lights were a great touch which allowed us to hangout till 2 am.. they bounce house was great for the children, they bounced and screamed for hours… Just what our family reunion needed… we’ll definitely rent from Texarkana Tents and Events going forward…
