The owner is very nice and professional. She made sure the venue was what i was looking for and it was I had my daughter's baby shower there and it turned out amazing. I also rented the table covers and seat covers for a very great price Very nice place. Huge space to accommodate everything. The kitchen space along with an ice maker. Comes with chairs and tables what more could you ask for. Also has a stage so if you want to entertain guest or just have fun its amazing. Looking for a place for your next event this is the place. Will be booking again

Fantastic venue! Spacious layout, perfect for any event. I had a presentation today from 11am to 1pm. The owner is incredibly accommodating and made my planning a breeze. She went above and beyond to ensure my business gathering was memorable. The price for 3 hours of $200 is well priced. Highly recommend for a seamless and enjoyable experience! ?

I hosted my Sweet 16 on Saturday November 11th and it was amazing! Spacious for 120 people, tables, chairs, speakers, kitchen, bathroom, lights and so much more was provided! The owner was so cooperative with me and my mom's schedules and everything went real smooth. 10/10 will definitely be coming back for upcoming/future events!

Rented this venue earlier this month (Dec. 2) and it was great! The owner was very professional and accessible at all times. She answered all of my questions and took care of the small details right away. Great price and the venue itself was clean and had all that we needed!!

Very nice venue really nice and clean. Owner was great I called her to let her know it was a little warm in the building and she took care of it right then. We will most definitely rent it again next year for Christmas party. If you want a nice spot with no hassle this is most definitely the place.

Rented it out over the weekend and it was absolutely fabulous..spacious venue..loved the lights. Big prep area.. very professional and responded quickly to my minor needs..so worth the price and will be using again

The first time we rented a venue in Texarkana for a business meeting since moving here from Cali. It is a big space, very cheap and worth the money. Had tables and chairs with table covers and chair covers. Highly recommend
