Highly unprofessional and unorganized ! I’ve been here since 2020 and within that time they have ruined my case , lost paperwork and had my child support turned off over ten time! Every “ review” my case is compromised !! From 2020 to the present! I am a domestic violence victim , I’ve turned in a “ good cause “ form and they STILL try to make me do things against my will! That form is suppose to protect you, they have not protected us this whole time ! The KEEP closing my cases !!! They are lazy and money hungry! They have proven that they do not about our safety time and time again

I have been waiting on my case to be completed for two months now … I honestly think they are doing this on purpose! Everytime I try to check the status of my application they give me the same response everytime UGH

Went there today, the first young lady was cordial and polite and willing to help. I don’t know if the supervisor sits to the right of the receptionist but she was extremely rude and had an attitude. I had to bring paperwork back up there and the lady that was at the glass was rude and dressed like she just walked off the street very unprofessional. They’re very catty and childish. People come in these places for help. Some people fall on bad times. Help people not laugh at them. Do better.

Everytime I call I’m on the waiting line for over 30 minutes. Nobody answers the damn phones up there. I applied for insurance 2 months ago called to check the status and they claim there was no paperwork filed. But I have the paper they stamp and give back to you when you file. Worst office I have ever been to.

I’ve never had any problems when i go up there, but when i’m unable to and need to call, they absolutely do not answer. I’ve called so many times and maybe have gotten one answer months ago about an entirely different situation, but now all i need to do is let them know about my insurance and they don’t know how to answer. it’s seriously ridiculous. do your jobs.

PLEASE, Please try if you can to get actual insurance. The receptionists that are at the front have ZERO training or experience in customer service. If someone who is asking you questions about the services during this pandemic they should be able to get EYE CONTACT, be RECEPTIVE to actually listening and NOT having EarPods in their ears listening to music or on Amazon shopping while you’re trying to get Medicaid for your two babies and for a pregnant woman. Unprofessional is an UNDERSTATEMENT.

Phone calls MAY be answered or called back. I personally hardly ever had a call back on top of them "not getting info they needed that I sent off twice & my worker was supposed to call my old job that I hadn't worked at for 2 months at that time but didnt" my case was rejected twice due to the laziness or incompetence of my worker. After I RE FILED I finally got ahold of the manager and she got me taken care of.

I called left message with person on the voicemail. Person said, "Don't leave multiple messages. I return calls when I get the voicemail." Never happened. Now it's 4 days later, no call still. I put a mask and gloves on and went out there. Lady at window gave me a number and told me to use the little white phone to call the number. Phone? There were no wipes to wipe the phone with. There was hand sanitizer but you are putting your mouth to a phone. Hand sanitizer does not help your face. Your mouth. Shame on them for that!! They of all people should know better, that's not sanitary. People be careful. Things aren't what they need to be. People are taking SHORT CUTS.
