This hotel - specifically room 110 - is so disgusting there aren't words - a filthy, foul smelling, broken, rats nest of a hotel.||Also, they will say the room is $66 but will charge you that plus 210 more. Then when you complain about the charge they will lie and say you didn't stay there. The only option left is to contact the state attorney generals office to report the fraudulent practice. Also, apparently they think those that refer are stealing but we didn't use the booking place for this hotel we went to the hotel directly. However, this hotel was recommended by those that book like trip advisor. Those that book should really investigate who they are recommending. Obviously, any good reviews for thus hotel are lying.

Positive: It was there when I was tired and, proximity to the interstate. Staff were very friendly and helpful!!!!! Would recommend only for weary drivers needing a little shut eye. Negative: The window of my room was broken. The tv didn?t work and holes all in the curtains. Continental breakfast was only blueberry muffins and juice with coffee.

The place was ok for the money. The room was so set on 72 when we got there but was extremely hot bc of hot weather. Took a long while to cool down. The kids could not swim in pool bc it was closed and that was disappointing for them. The service was fine and they seem intent on remodeling.

Death of my dad a lot of traveling that day. Being as that I only stay under Wyndham resorts this happened to be a favorite (past tense). This was the worst experience in all my 15 plus years staying here.

This hotel needs some serious renovations. Until then, it should be condemned. All of the smoke detectors have been disabled. According to the manager, that is the reason the elevator does not work either. The receptionist told us "not to worry" because we were in a non-smoking room. The furniture is old, broken, scratched and the upholstered furniture is filthy. I had medication that had to be refrigerated. Our fridge did not work. They finally moved us to another room - where the fridge did not work either. There was construction material outside, in the lobby, the dining area and on every floor next to the elevator. And don't get me started on the "Super Breakfast"!!! There was a carafe with coffee and some micromini-muffins!!! Stay away from this place!!!! we were there March 28th 2024.

The air-conditioning is filthy so the room smells like old pee. The bathroom light is dimmer than a night light and it flickers. The tub was painted at some point to refresh and there are large dirty tears in it. They removed the wall hair dryer leaving a big mount with loose screws and painted over it. The sheets are worn though,have cigarette burns. My top sheet had marks on it that looked like semen. I asked for another. I will not walk on the floor without shoes. The bathroom floor is oily/sticky.
The night attendant was a very nice, helpful.
They are remodeling as noted by the attendant and materials piled in the entry. It is going to take more than paint and cheap marble countertops. I would start with cleaning the a/c, paint, linen and replace the carpet with lvp, it's cheap,looks nice and easy to clean.The furniture is passable. Replace the lamp shades and paint the metal part of the base.
I am not terribly prissy, but this place place needs a lot of work before it's really ready for guests. Maybe they will make the rooms available as they are redone, unfortunately that was not my experience and I would not stay again. I am very tired or I wouldn't have stayed tonight. I will sleep in all my clothes. I have already taken Benadryl and an inhaler to combat the poor air and now itchy eyes.

I wouldn't stay here if I was choosing. My spouse booked it and I can sleep almost anywhere one night.
