We stayed here during a trip to Alabama. The guy at the front desk was quick about getting us checked in without a reservation. The room was clean and spacious. We needed extra towels but the were quickly brought up to us. The only negative was that there was only one elevator

We stayed here on the way back feom vacation. I would definitely stay here (or at another Residence Inn) again! The bed was so comfortable and soft. The room was large with a full kitchen. The bathroom was clean and huge and the towels were soft. In the morning, they were so helpful with getting us extra things we needed, like ice. Everyone was friendly.
The next time we travel, I will definitely be looking for a Residence Inn. Thank you!

The hotel staff was awesome, their was a housekeeper named Pumpkin, she went above and beyond the call of duty. The whole place was so clean, the patio area was really nice. The whole atmosphere was wonderful. I would stay their again and again!!!! Someone knows how to run a hotel!!! Oh and the breakfast was great.

Chaquita who worked the front desk was amazing. 10/10 customer service and was so helpful and very friendly. Someone should quickly move her to a management position if she is not already. I called the front desk and explained what issue that I had (it was my fault), within 10 minutes she was at our door with everything that I asked for and more.

The room was better than I expected it would be. Stayed here a few years back during the renovations .All the amenities in room. Check in was a bit slow the lady didn't seem to know what she was doing. The only issues I experienced was the elevator wasn't working and the parking fee.

This is a situation where it looks nice and new from the outside and things have clearly been renovated, however, they are letting little things bring them down big time. Cracked wall outlet covers which are an easy fix and then mold and mildew in the shower, that was just gross. The room looked great amongst first look but after examining further we found it was terribly dirty. The phone was extremely dusty (literally just dust, wipe it off) and the shower was disgusting. Mold and mildew in all corners and rust in spots as well. Just be aware after seeing the outside and other pictures my expectations were not met.

DO NOT stay here!!!! ||There was really bad mold in the shower and the bathroom door did not close all the way. The AC sounded like a train was passing by I did not sleep all night!!! I didn’t want to switch rooms as my kids were already asleep , It was 2 am when we checked and everyone was tired. |When I brought it to the attention of the GM she told me it was not mold that it shower just needed to be re-tiled and she said she would let maintenance know about AC and door. I know mold !! It even smelled moldy!|No apologies, and she refused to reimburse my stay or at least offer partial credit .|Horrible stay!!!! Horrible mgt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly, I didn't have a great visit this time around. In general, no major issues, but some things that should've been handled easily were simply ignored. Rooms were clean, and the hotel is conveniently located
