Off main highway so it's quiet.
Room was clean.
Bed was comfortable.
40" flat screen TV.
Microwave, fridge and coffee maker in the room.
Shower has hot water and pumps for shampoo/conditioner and soap. Shower was clean and new.

Was very happy with this place. Our last few stays in hotels/motels has been terrible, so this was a nice upgrade!

I wanted to share our stay at this motel. We stayed there almost 2 months due to losing our house from a fire. Our stay was very peaceful and pleasant. Super nice owners that kept everything cleaned and room stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone looking for a nice convenient place to check this motel out. Tammy

Pleasantly suprised at the great quality of the room! Checkin process was easy, the room was spacious and clean. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is the bed was more firm than I like and the blankets were thin. Other than that, it was great! I would stay there again for sure!

Really nice hotel. The rooms were super clean. We called twice and both times our questions were answered well. No problem coming in late. Bath/shower water heater was quick. Bed was firm but not too much. King was huge. It's not the Hilton but in this small town it truly is a gem. Just adorable family who care about their customers. Very well insulated ....will stay here again.

Good enough if you are trying to save money while passing through. Don’t come for the pool. It’s been filled up. Room was comfortable. Only downside are the black flies from the nearby chicken plant. The older Indian couple who own this place are nice. Laundry machine and ice came in handy. Quiet place. $70/nt

Owners are amazing people to interact with. They are very caring and loving couple. I just stayed for a night but they treated me like a family member and made sure my stay was the best! At such a good rate, it is very difficult to find spotlessly clean rooms and such amazing hosts! Rooms were also speckless and had all amenities! Loved the stay and definitely will recommend!

Great place to stay. Very friendly staff! The rooms are a little dated but it was a great place to rest during our trip.
We didn't have any fly problems (as other reviewer posted) BUT I will say Eastern Oklahoma and Western Arkansas (our trip) has a huge fly problem no matter where you go... restaurants, hotels, stores etc.
We also didn't have a problem with housekeeping. He was very friendly.

Owners were so pleasant and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower pressure was great and the water hot. You can’t beat the price and they accept pets under 20lbs for a small fee.
