Kim Johnson booked the trip of a lifetime for me and my husband. We flew into Barcelona where we got to stay two days and it was amazing. We got on wonder of the seas cruise ship with Royal Caribbean and went to France, Italy and other parts of Spain. I cannot tell you the sites that we saw and the things that we did was like a fairytale. I have already contacted her to book our next two vacations. Would NOT recommended this company to anyone. 2 years ago when planning honeymoon we gave our budget and it was completely disregarded. Tried them again to plan an anniversary trip this year and actually was dealing with the owner! She was nice on the phone but after we asked her what other options we had besides one location, never got a call back, email back, and this was the owner! I understand if she was too busy but could have referred me to someone else. I will be using Monroe Travel from now on.

i preordered my pizza before my lunch our, never got my order, i called n told them i wanted it cancelled cos i had been waitung two hours and the girl sais well our driver didnt show up so we canceled ur order and gave u a call and i never recieved a call
