Akrisha events planned my wedding in Feb ‘22. I found them on yelp. Archana was very responsive from the start. Of all the good things that she did, the best one was that she was able to match our budget. Our wedding was postponed twice and Archana was always very accommodating. Once the date was finalized, she only had 3 weeks to plan the whole thing and she pulled it off remarkably. Everything from henna artist, makeup artists, caterers, photographers and decor was arranged by her and all of them did a fabulous job! She also came to our house and decorated it on her own to give it a “wedding feel" which was really sweet of her. She was very invested in our wedding and was always available to answer our questions. On the day of the wedding, she coordinated with our guests and made sure everyone was comfortable. All in all, it was a great experience working with her and I’m glad we got to know her!

I don't have anything but positive things to say about Akrisha Wedding & Event Planners! When it comes to communication, Archana was available for texts, phone calls and emails whenever we had questions and she would always respond promptly. I can't thank Archana and her team enough for helping me on not just one, but many occasions I’ve hosted, Archana always made sure our big day go smoothly. Most of all, I appreciate that her team was professional, kept to the time schedule, and stayed calm no matter what issues came up. It was easily one of the best decisions I have made to help us through the planing process. I am so happy that I gained a friendship in return! Thanks again Akrisha Wedding & Event Planners! I had an unsatisfactory experience of having my South Indian wedding organized by Akrisha Events.

Pros:
- Excellent Decor and creativity.

Cons:
- Ititnerary for all the wedding events was given via Whatsapp at the last minute, quite opposite to what was promised at the start.
- The main service contract was given 2 days before all the events started, with wrong names, new disclaimers and multiple corrections on the contract
- Poor time coordination on the day of the wedding, leading to terrible slips
- They promised their staff is trained to tie a “madisar”, but my madisar was tied completely wrong, kept falling off during the main phase of the wedding and had to be retied.
- Timing slips were blamed on the priest, who arrived on time and carried rituals meticulously.
- Video call with parents of the groom who couldn’t be there in person was completely missed.
- The main planner in charge of the event complained to us, the bride and groom, at the wedding that there was no food left for their staff which we quickly had refilled in 5 mins.
- most importantly, we did not receive any apology from the main event planner for the terrible treatment.

Very unpleasant experience. Booked a photo/videographer through Archana and I wasn't given the videos. I had to follow up for 8 months before eventually I was given my refund.
