Company incorrectly booked our flights. Only way they could "solve" the issue was for us to pay an additional 500 to get on the correct flight that we originally requested.

This company is a scam. You buy insurance if you have to cancel something on your trip and they don't give you your money back. No customer respect and rude as HELL!!!! THE agent and her supervisor were rude B$#% s!!! You didn't do business with me. You did business with my daughter. And when you do her wrong ,you are doing me wrong. And I will make sure the matter is corrected

My wife and I were asked to find our own flights and then were charged a fee. A fee, for what?! I would understand a fee if they were saving me the hassle of searching different websites and flight times, but this was not the case. And forget talking to anyone on the phone. Email is the only way they would conversate, and sometimes would not respond for several hours. We even had to pay more for the flight that WE found and sent to them because they didn't book the flight until the next day. This whole process seemed very unprofessional and imperssonal.

We had all the information we needed before and during the trip. Had people at the airport greet us and lead us thru all the check-ins at the airport as well as the hotels. If I could, I would give it more than 5 stars.
