Ill admit the pictures of the hallway carpet had me a bit worried, but our room was newly renovated with wood laminate floors. It was just as clean as any other LA hotel Ive gone to, and wayyy less smelly.
Our fridge wasnt working in our room when we got there but after mentioning it to the front desk they switched it out within 30 minutes.
I also didnt see a single bug the entire time we were there, which is a big big plus for me.
Didnt use the pool and it looked a little murky, maybe needs the chemical levels checked.
Breakfast was decent, great waffles you make yourself with a waffle iron and my friends said the sausage was great.
The location is good with it being right off the freeway and has an El Super right across the street.
Will definitely consider this place when visiting LA again.

Room was good size . Had mini fridge, microwave and black out drapes. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything worked well. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone. They didn't have a problem with my homeless guest. I try to help others anyway I can. Thank you to the staff for accommodating my homeless guest.

The entire room looke like it had just been remodeled. bathroom in our room was super clean, so was our bed, new flooring as well. The furniture does need to get replace as it's very old. (Chairs and Tables). Now outside the room the hallways had super dirty carpets , these look like these need replaced.
The location is super convenient and very close to lots of different places just like it's described in google.

Quality of the rooms went down and prices went up. Every time I check in, I have to disinfect the room, cleanvthe bathroom, and sweep the floor because it seems like they never clean the floors. I get the double king bed upgraded and you can feel the debris when you walk in. Need management attention!

This place is just ok. We spent 5 nights there, and chose this for the location. Spent a few days at Disney and a day at universal studios, and this was right in the middle. Neighborhood felt safe. The hotel itself is in disrepair. The carpets in the hallways are badly stained and duct taped together. Our room, though it seemed recently refurbished, had no desk or bedside lamps, and bare white walls. The free breakfast was exactly the same every day. Scrambled “eggs”, sausage patties, bread and English muffins, and some cheap prepackaged pastries. And of course some mediocre coffee and juices. Staff we interacted with were very polite.

Great location the breakfast let it down- if you don't mind the breakfast then this is the spot for you it's a great location and safe. It would be my first choice as its cheap but clean and safe close to all sights. Hotels can be expensive here but thus is great

This place is okay. I've stayed long term & some days can get expensive ...for no good reason. They need to update their furniture. & THEIR WIFI SUCKS. THEY REALLY NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. *also they have semi- smart tvs that you're supposed to be able to cast your phone to.. but the internet sucks so bad & none of the TVs are programmed so I'm l it's impossible to pair your devic*

The whole complex was filthy and looked like a literal sewer had flooded though the halls. Our beds were soaked underneath the pillows, and underneath the beds were discarded sanitary items.

The place is very unsafe, within 30 minutes multiple people had tried hitting on my wife; following her, forcing conversation… within 45 minutes we’d demanded a refund and left.

Do. Not. Book!
