Collin was our amazing guide in the sky! Everything was thoroughly explained to us before we boarded and throughout the flight, making sure we were comfortable and safe at all times. The views of the surrounding area were incredible! We highly recommend booking a tour if you're in the area!

Worth every penny. The view is spectacular and memorable. Safety is the number 1 priority and your being flown in a comfortable well maintained R44 helicopter. Roy the owner is a 9000 pilot who is meticulous and careful in his operation. Don't hesitate go do it ?

This was a great experience for my spouse and I. They accommodated us right away. Their tours are well thought-out and pre-planned. Their system of exchange from customer to next customer was likewise well done. Very professional and detailed (as one should expect).

If in Big Bear, you must come here for many reasons; you will obtain the birds-eye-view of the area and assist your planning for the vacation of your dreams.

The pilot (a local) is a very capable and competent pilot. Rest assured, you are in good hands.

I didn’t get even close to any air or motion sickness.

The helicopter is small, but is big enough!

Great time and a Big Bear Must! The free was very welcoming and friendly. The pilot ,Brenda, had tons of history and was a smooth flyer. We have been to big bear 3 times and this was our first helicopter tour. We did the Tango 30 minutes was plenty of time.

We went with the first tour "Romeo" and it was probably the funnest 7 minutes of our weekend trip. Roy and Matthew were pleasant and professional and made it a smooth experience. It was our first time in a helicopter and it won't be our last, we're definitely coming back and opting for one of the longer tours.

Amazing experience even for the shortest option. Getting there 20-25mins early as requested by rep over phone is not a suggestion its a requirement. Otherwise you could lose appointment spot..
Luckily it was just one couple ahead of us and they were super nice about it still and were even apologetic to us!
Our fault (we got lost!) but we appreciate that they weren't rude or dismissive of us because of it.
Roy, pilot is the only pilot that provides helicopter service in big bear so he is very knowledgeable and is very exact with the time, so you're definitely NOT getting stiffed with the time.
Everything was so serene and beautiful up in the air. Yes, definitely going back again for the longer option.

Absolutely spectacular experience. Roy, our pilot, owns the whole operation with his wife Jennifer. They were both so kind and friendly, as well as informative. Would definitely go again!
