A dream come true. We really enjoyed our trip to Italy, France & Spain. So much history in every place we visited. We got to see beautiful sites, we ate well & had fun shopping. We also made new friends. Now, they are only wonderful memories. A few hiccups with communication/transportation, updates in our itinerary... Overall, it was a good experience & trip. I hope the agency can work towards making bookings / trips pleasant & stress free. There is always a learning opportunity & room for growth. Thank you Luisa, Ediza & Blue Travel Team!

Thanks blue travel for helping me with my trip to Europe Athens,Paris,& London !! How ever I thought it's was group going to this trip The only thing I was little bit concern was with the transportation because I was traveling by my self how ever they drivers actually was very nice and Welcoming !! Language wasn't a issue most of them speak English as well.
I though that was a group going to the same trip but was not like at all, but over all I did enjoyed I meet new friends
hotel was very nice, the tours was nicely organized,!! I really want to thank Luisa and elder they help me a lot through the process with transportation, check in on the hotel and tours can wait to start planning and my new aventure !!!

Scam!!! DONT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY!! They have a group discount for your flights and charged you more... We were supposed to go to Paseo Europeo. They said 10 days before trip will give you the itinerary. They didn't do it and make up that taxis had a strike more then 48 hours and canceled our trip. Those strike are normal in Europe. They are stealing people money ?
SCAM!!!!

Just awful got my confirmation number a night before my trip didn’t even know if I was going on my trip they cancelled a lot of the activities we had already planned for and made me go on a bus ride of 9 hours from Milan to Rome if you want to know how hell fells go right ahead and purchase a ticket with them your going to regret it

This will be first and last time booking with agency. My girlfriend and I recently returned from Egypt and about 65% of the time we had multiple issues.
1. The cruise ship company said we canceled our reservation….We did not. Reservations were made at the last minute. Everything was confirmed in May 2023.
2. Pyramids in Giza - Tour guide rushed us. He told us not to tell anyone we tipped him - Who cares if we tip him or not. He got into an argument with vendors….It was vey embarrassing.
3. Another tour guide told us we had to pay for a tour that was already. They had an itinerary different from ours - So I paid $85. The next morning we had 2 separate guides wanting to take us on a tour. Both are legitimate guides, but one scammed me/us. We were told by Blue Travel, I would get a refund and now I will not be receiving one.
4. On the final day to the air port, driver did not show up on time. Keep in mind our flight was at 8pm. Driver was supposed to pick us at 4pm - Our voucher said 5:35pm. I called the service provider to confirm pick up time. Needless to say, the driver did not show up until 6pm.

I will never book with this company again!!!!

Going to Europe? Look for a good Travrl Agency. Well we decided to choose Blue Travel Group for our friendly trip to Europe. They had this trip for March 2024. These dates fits for our group, so we went ahead and arranged everything with Miss Luisa, (by the way very nice lady). Paid for everything upfront and got ready to go. Then something happened in Paris and the agency asked the whole group. Would you like to postpone it until September or November 2024 and we the four of us decided to stay with these dates and go somewhere else, so we thought. We had the departure date on March the 10th and by March the 8 and 9th heard nothing from the agency. What was going on We started to get nervous and of course they where closed the weekend and they where no way to be found. My friend started to look for them
On Facebook, instagram and on W hat’s up and finally Matteo answered to us, a little bit bother but gave us a little bit of guidance. One of his favorites sentence was READ YOUR EMAIL !!!!! Basically the eight day trip we were there he always repeated to us READ YOUR EMAIL!!!!! He even said it isn’t my fault you don’t know how to follow instructions. Well being in Europe sometimes you can not get good internet, we had a difference time of eight hours give or take and every time we need information, the only way we could communicate with this Agency was looking for them again and again in Facebook what’s up instagram and here we have Mateo answering to us, not in a good way but bothered. To make a long story short someone at the agency was sending us information to a different email and they never wanted to admit they make a HUGE mistake so if you want to enjoy a trip to Europe maybe choose a good Travel Agency, just saying

HORRIBLE!!! Do not book with them!!!! My family and I went on the Europe trip and It was the most stressful thing ever. They are SO rude with their responses and have horrible costumer service. We were promised a guid at all time and that was not the case. They claimed they couldn’t send us a guid because THEY didn’t have enough people booked, which is not our fault. They booked our hotels about an hour or more from the main cities and didn’t pay for transportation so we spent almost more than $600 on ubers. Each uber was around $80 just to get to the main cities because they were in the middle of no where. They also made us check out of hotels almost 4 hours before we were even going to get picked up, so that took away many hours of our day where we couldn’t do nothing but wait around. The transportation that they did pay for would pick us up sometimes up to 1 and a half AFTER the pick up time they claimed. Since we had no guid we had to follow unclear instructions through messages with them, which some times they wouldn’t answer because of the different time frames. They promised we would be going to many different places but when it came to that day they would cancel it on us. So we missed out on a few activities. Throughout the trip, they changed many things so it can be more affordable for THEM. We payed them so much money for an excellent trip and they repaid us by sending us to bus stops that spelled like pee and was so dirty. They send us on this bus for 10+ hours to not pay for a train or plane tickets. Again, they just did what was convenient for them. This was my dream trip so I am very disappointed and sad that it was spent tolerating these people. They are so unprofessional it’s unbelievable. Please do yourself a favor and not book with them.

ZERO STARS! SCAM of a travel agency. We booked a trip to Europe back on April of this year, (travel on November 2023) which our sales rep Karla emphasize it was a “SPANISH” speaking guided tour. The agreement clearly says we will be transported in PRIVATE AUTOCAR, we would have a tour guide through out the 14 day trip. We became aware of the situation after arriving to Europe that there will be NO host/guide and NO Spanish speaking tour guide. On top of NOT having any guidance we were forced to use a application for our itinerary (Taking in consideration that we had 5 elderly ppl in our group of 12 whom had very little technology experience with phones or apps to guide themselves through out the trip) they also were notified until they arrived. Aside from using a app to guide us we were forced to used PUBLIC transportation through out ALL our tours, TRAIN, PUBLIC BUS, and UBER Driver’s. Our worse experience was having them transported from Paris to Barcelona through a Local Public Bus for 13 hours, at the station ours fears was to get robbed by the locals since all of us on the group had purchased DESIGNER bags and were exposed at the station. ? we all feared being robbed by the locals. We expressed our concerns to the agency and they had a excuse for every concern and/or pretty much emphasized “CANCEL if you don’t like it” This by far has been the worse experience ever, I have traveled to many other places and communication with the agencies have been sympathetic and helpful ALL the time UNLIKE the comments and feed back from BLUE TRAVEL GROUP LLC, AVOID this company if you can they have lack of respect, zero customer service and NO consideration for the ELDERLY!!!
