Jillian and Marc envisioned an outdoor European Country setting for their wedding and Penni brought it together. She knows the best vendors to utilize, can find the hard-to-find, keeps everyone on schedule, and does her best to stay within budget. She was also tasked with providing perfect weather for the day in late September and she managed that also. Everything was just as Jillian and Marc wanted. It was a beautiful, perfect day.
