Our guide Alejandro, was truly exceptional. His passion for history and culture brought each destination to life, making our tours not just informative but also engaging and enjoyable.
I must also commend our driver Agustin, his driving skills ensured that we felt safe during our journeys between destinations.

I consider myself a very independent and self-reliant traveler. Needless to say, I never expected to take part in group travel. But, when my mom expressed interest in visiting Europe with one, I figured this was the best way to take her.

My experience with Wonderful World Travel those 10 days or so across Europe was a whirlwind to say the least! There was certainly a comfort in knowing I didn't have to deal with hotel, travel, or restaurant reservations. But the best part about it was definitely our fantastic tour guides-- Rosie and Javier.

These two played a pivotal role in making our experience stress-free, enjoyable, and educating. From the moment we met Rosie at the airport, she was incredibly accommodating, delightful, and welcoming. We knew we could count on her if we ever ran into any issues, concerns, or misunderstandings. Javi, on the other hand, was spectacular at keeping such a large group organized while being approachable, understanding, and knowledgeable. His professionalism and care for everyone despite the stresses that might come with such tasks was inspiring!

I still consider myself an independent traveler and, for the most part, I will continue traveling independently in the future. But, when it comes to going on a trip with my mom or someone older in my family, it is tour guides like Rosie and Javi that I have to thank for showing me how much fun and illuminating a trip like this can be. Tour guides like them are truly the lifeblood of this industry and I am nothing but thankful for having traveled with them on this amazing journey.

Big thanks to our driver David, too, for showing us the beautiful countryside and getting us here and there safely!

I was hesitant, to take this tour or any tour, I'm a very independent person, and I've been traveling on my own, since I was 23 years old, I'm 65 now. The reason I took the tour was because, it had places on the list that I really wanted to see like; Monaco, Czech Republic, Venice, Pompeya, Capri, REIMS, Pisa, then I realized, when am I going to see these places, so I decided to go. Let me tell you with all the ups and downs, it was worth it. We had the best tour guide anybody can have ALEX. He isn't only a tour guide, he is a friend, a teacher, and advisor, a listener, he took so much from all of us, with all the questions, the moods he dealt in the most gracious way. He never complained, always smiling. He really enjoys what he does, I'll give him 100 thumbs up if I could ?

I travel to Europe for 18 days with this company I like the fact that they take care of you in every aspect since you get to the airport until the trip is over. There is a bus taking you from city to city you don’t have to worry about transportation, we went to so many beautiful places it is so worth it

A Disastrous "All-Inclusive" Trip with Hidden Costs and Horrible Accommodations

I recently joined an all-inclusive trip with a group of strangers, and the entire experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The first red flag appeared just two days before departure when I received a contract via DocuSign. The fine print revealed additional out-of-pocket expenses that were never mentioned during the booking process. This was a huge disappointment after I had already paid in full for the trip, thinking everything was covered.

The accommodations were beyond unacceptable. The hotels were filthy, with carpets that smelled like urine. Some rooms didn't even have double beds, forcing people to share a bed with complete strangers. In my case, I had to share a room with a woman who snored loudly, passed gas with a horrible smell, and coughed all night. It was impossible to sleep, and I ended up spending most nights sitting in the hotel lobby for some peace. When I asked the tour guide to change rooms, he told me to contact the owner. The owner simply brushed me off, saying I had signed a contract, which left me with no choice but to endure the uncomfortable situation.

The food was just as bad. Despite being labeled "all-inclusive," we had to pay for meals, which were often inedible. Breakfast usually consisted of something like ham, eggs, and a rock-hard croissant. I found myself skipping meals because of the poor quality of the food.

As for the tour guide, he was incredibly rude and dismissive. Every morning, we were expected to gather at 6 a.m. sharp for sightseeing, regardless of the lack of sleep or comfort. By the seventh day, my roommate was taking so long to get ready that I could barely keep up with the group's strict schedule.

In conclusion, this trip was a complete disaster. Between the hidden fees, horrible accommodations, and rude guide, I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you're considering a trip with them, make sure to read every single word of the fine print—otherwise, you could end up with an experience as awful as mine.

This company is the best to tackle your traveling experience. They take the get to know places to the next level making sure you get around safe and enjoy . I got distracted and the group was gone when realized what happened I call the phone for the company then Liliana came to the rescue and took me to the bus .
