I can't sing SNAC's praises enough. Max was amazing to work with and gave us top-notch recommendations of where to go, what to rent, for how long, and how to haul, including assurance that our truck would safely fit 4 adult sized kayaks without need of a trailer (which we also were able to reserve "just in case"). Knowing that our reservation was secure and that we'd have help loading, instruction on how to unload, and an easy return process made it so that we could enjoy our day out worry free.

I can't wait until our next visit to Arnold so I can explore their other recommendations, but they have definitely set the bar for all water sport rental experiences going forward. We're from San Diego and have rented paddle boards from two companies local to us which were all positive, but our experience with SNAC was miles above in friendliness, attention to detail, and quality. Thanks for everything, Max, you're awesome!

Great guys. Sold us a kayak and some straps to carry it, as a gift for our 7 year old boy. It was a Wake kayak rated up to 150 lbs, bright green color, and a paddle. We like that our son can use it for years with that rating, a welcomed change from having to buy new gear every year in almost every other sport. I feel like we got a great value. Even if you could find lower price on Amazon, they have great inventory and there is no wait on shipping, it’s supporting a local business, and the service is fantastic. They answered all our questions, showed me how to secure the kayak to the roof, and provided terrific service at and after the sale. My son took to it intuitively and has been unstoppable on White Pines and alpine. Thank you very much for everything. We will be back for more outdoor fun stuff!

AVOID THE RIDICULOUS EMPLOYEE WHO HAS CONTROL ISSUES. I was waiting in the parking lot while a friend was shopping on a ver quiet Tuesday afternoon. There were literally three cars in the lot, including mine, when I was told to “pick a side.” Needles to say I was dumbfounded by this command, and asked if they were joking. Apparently not! I wish this individual well, and highly suggest a moment of reflection or maybe finding a more suitable career.
P.S. The other employee was great.

They have this down to a science when it comes to renting ski equipment. So efficient and so good. What's also great is they allow an early bird rental so if you get there a day before you need your skis between two and four you can pick up your skis and then use them the next day and you don't get charged that day for the rental. And if you rent for more than one day you get 20% off the next day. Also had a great selection of apparel that you might need or forgot. Very nice staff also explain this to me over the phone before I came up so it was a great experience we'll definitely go back and rent from here again.
