My husband and I had a great time. The bed is comfortable. I loved our unit because it sits by itself. I want to come back while the Christmas tents are up. All the staff are really welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is not the best. We walked around the ground and they are beautiful. Very clean.

The Resort is great! We always stay in Cottages they have living room and separate bedroom, they are the best. The landscaping is always very well kept, the nursery is very fun to walk thru very unique items. The restaurant food is also wonderful and the bar at night has live entertainment. We had a great time!

Enjoyed our time here. We've been coming here every November for many years now and it is always an enjoyable visit. The park-like setting is very comforting and relaxing. The rooms were nice and comfortable and the restaurant continues to provide great food and service. Will continue to visit the lodge in the future

Very great stay! The room was large and spacious, our dog enjoyed the extra room! We’ve stayed here a few times and each one is fantastic. The walk to town is always a fun outing and the restaurant on site is delicious. They always have helpful and friendly staff. The holiday lights aren’t to be missed either. We always have the best time in Cambria and love the extra space this hotel area allows for all.

I was actually very disappointed with this place. The rooms were great in terms of space (king suite) but were plagued in function. The water system was horrible. When in the shower, if anyone else turned on a sink or used a toilet in the building, the water would immediately turn to either fire or ice (never knew which would happen) and take a whole to get back to normal. There aren't any supplies in the kitchenette. No plates or silverware. Fridge not the advertised size. Coffee in the room was horrible, tasted like burned water. There were a few water cups but only held a sip or two of water at a time.
The beds were quite uncomfortable. Felt like the mattresses was 30 years old and woke up in horrible pain. The Murphy bed also has long bolts sticking our that caught our legs whenever it was down. The TV cabinets didn't stay open so the TVs were useless unless you tied or held them back with someone you had to MacGyver together.
The staff was also incredible rude. The restaurant was a joke. Food was okay at best. After we got a table, no one came around for 45 minutes. Not even for water. 3 staff walked by, one motioned to us and said we needed help and I saw and heard one dismiss us with a wave of the hand and said loud enough for me to hear, they aren't a priority table, and they all walked off. Overall. We were there for 2.5 hours, guy came out twice. Once after 45 minutes and we got water and our order in, an hour later I had to hunt them down to ask about our food, and they came out one more. I bussed to table and I had to search them out and pay with someone else. It wasn't even that they were busy. Half the place was empty. And breakfast wasn't much better. Food was okay, but not great. And the staff was rude at best.
The grounds were nice and well kept, even with the busy first weekend of their Christmas market. I will say that all of the maintenance staff were exceptional. Antonio was very friendly and efficient. He alone earned this place the extra star.
Overall, I would avoid this place until they get better staff or are retrained. The water and power systems also need a major upgradejust to make it bearable. Except for Antonio. Promote him and get him to train everyone else.

Had an issue the first night that was resolved by the staff. I want to shot out Anthony. I very much appreciate you helping us out with our issue. We thoroughly enjoyed the rest of our stay and will be back for another stay.

Anthony was courteous and handled ever thing like a pro so again thank you for taking care of us.

Property is really well well laid out and the perfect place if you you have dogs along for the trip.
Loved the restaurant and the bar. And the breakfast is awesome! Highly recommend!

We've stayed here a couple of times this summer, the last time was for my birthday. The rooms are large and spacious, they're clean and updated. Staff is always friendly, and check-in is a breeze. Whether you're with a pack of grandkids or on a birthday get away it's a great place to stay. The breakfast buffet is also an added bonus.
Highly recommended.

A perfect place for a prolonged or overnight stay. The property has very nice ambience. The evenings are really enjoyable with music and a nice bar.
The outdoor garden and landscaping is also wonderful. Really a very nice place. We enjoyed are stay here.

Only issue is very narrow parking spaces,especially if you have a mid size SUV or higher then.

Overall it was good.
