We absolutely could not have planned this wedding without Emme at The One Moment Events. We thought we could handle everything ourselves and found out quickly how much work goes into a wedding. She stayed on calls for hours problem solving, helping us figure out design ideas, and helping us to contact unresponsive vendors. She was incredibly detail-oriented, took notes on everything, and sent us regular updates to keep us on track. Most importantly, she was a gem to talk to and was always upbeat, excited, and the voice of reason when we were frazzled and panicked over something minor. She made our day exponentially better because of her eye for design and being on top of the timeline and all the details.

You don’t need to worry about anything, Rachel always prepare and anticipate all the needs for events in advance, which is absolutely necessary in a wedding day. Choosing The One Moment Events was one of the best decisions my husband and I made during wedding planning.

Initially, we were working with a different planner, and whilst her design input was greatly appreciated, she also made us feel like there was always a right vs wrong decision in our wedding selections and that if we chose wrong, it could look potentially awkward or atypical.

However, our experience with The One Moment Events team was entirely opposite from the start. Emme and Rachel at The One Moment Events always made us feel so at ease and supported, and that our wedding day was truly our day where we can showcase our love, our style, our culture and values. Throughout the entire process, we felt like our opinions were always valued and taken into consideration. We were also very impressed with the amount of thoughtful structure and details that Emme & team provided throughout the different phases of planning without making us feeling overwhelmed.

Our wedding day was so seamless and stress-free for me and my husband. Emme & team were really efficient in their communication with all of the vendors and guests. My husband and I felt really well taken care of on the wedding day and felt that we didn't have to worry about anything, but to enjoy the great day. Many of our guests also expressed to us that it was one of the most beautiful weddings they have ever been to. We can't thank everyone enough on The One Moment Event team.

We also wanted to give a shoutout to Moriah of The One Moment Events team for coming to our rescue. We underestimated the amount of liquor we needed for our cocktail hour, and she saved the day by offering to do a run to the store on our behalf! Emme & Moriah are without a doubt a dynamic duo, and we can't thank them both enough for everything.

Look no further, The One Moment Events IS YOUR WEDDING PLANNER. As a mother of the bride planning a destination wedding in Charlottesville, Rachel, Emme and team were invaluable!!! I honestly did not worry about a thing. They planned the wedding, the reception, bridesmaids' luncheon, rehearsal dinner and farewell brunch with an artist's eye and an accountant's attention to detail Everything was astoundingly BEAUTIFUL and well planned. Rachel and Emme were responsive, organized, lovely, kind, accessible, and all in all the fairy godmothers of my daughter's fairytale wedding. I know I am biased, but our daughter's wedding weekend was the most gorgeous, wonderful and FUN wedding weekend we have ever attended. Once the ceremony was over and my duties as MOB were finished, I HAD THE BEST TIME!!!!! I was surrounded by a great team, my most beloved friends and family, and was able to take off my hosting hat and put on my party hat. My husband and I had the time of our lives and it warmed our hearts to see our daughter and SIL over the moon happy and absolutely blown away by the venue, decor, flowers, food, details, tables, service....I could go on and on. The wedding was PERFECTION. THE ONE MOMENT EVENTS IS PERFECTION. We will forever hold a special place in our hearts for Rachel, Emme and team. Lauren designed the perfect info sheet to go with my welcome bags for out of town guests as well as beautiful placecards! She listened to what I was looking for and was able to capture that and tie it together with the overall theme of my wedding perfectly! And she was extremely easy and fun to work with!
