We have called and left messages to try to schedule our balloon ride with a gift certificate that will expire May 18,2023 and no one has returned our call. We went to the address on the certificate and no one was home. I tried to send and email to the address on the card and it was rejected. I am about out of options to get satisfaction

My husband bought me an expensive gift certificate for my birthday. Ever since then, Jeff has not been responsive to phone calls or emails and his voicemail box is full. Basically we spent the money but have no way to actually use the gift certificate that it bought.
