Positive: Location Negative: Hot tub was out of order. Someone in the lobby on a regular basis. Someone to great you and maybe answer questions. There was someone really nice when I checked in but never seen her again in 3 days I was there.

We had a quick overnight here on our way up to Philo.||The room was clean and a good size. We got an upstairs. It was quiet (we unplugged the fridge at night). It's a basic motel. Nothing fancy. The bed was comfortable for me, but my partner said she found it a little uncomfortable. It might have been because she got cold. We did not run the heater. The bed sheets were a bit thin, maybe we should have run the heater. We had our own blanket we added.||The breakfast is unremarkable. We chose to eat somewhere else (Zini's which is not far away by car).||If I were passing through again, I'd consider staying here again. But for the price, I'd probably try somewhere else. It was not particularly inexpensive.

I made an overnight stop here during a long trip for the Thanksgiving holiday. My room was clean and breakfast was enjoyable. Overall it was a very nice stay and anytime I am passing through the area and need to stop for a night it will be at this Super 8, but the customer service is what truly made this stand out and be worthy of review. Ben went above and beyond to make sure that I had a comfortable, quiet stay. He is definitely an employee that should be valued.

Liz & Elena were amazing! Me & my husband had our wedding in Cloverdale. My whole family booked out the entire hotel and they were awesome checking in everyone. Made sure everyone was good and had all that we needed. Whole hotel was super clean. Even made me and my husband feel special by decorating our room when we got back from our wedding. I have never had any other hotel staff go above & beyond like they did. The best ever, we will definitely be back one day. Also there is so many store and food places right next to the hotel. You can literally walk to everything it was so convenient. Thank you guys again:)

The mattress was so old that there were big dips where people have slept and you could feel the coils at the bottom. Had to sleep on it sideways.

Although expected simple and not much, did not expect terrible odor or clogged toilet. Odor in room was terrible and was worse with ac on but permeated room despite use of Lysol and turning off. Carpet in hallway dirty floors in room sticky. Staff checking was very nice and helpful.

The staff was welcoming and efficient. My room was clean and the breakfast had a lot of options. The staff is very knowledgable about travel and willing to share tips for this area and popular travel destinations.

Motel is clean and well maintained and set up for travelers. Everything a traveler might need is here - microwave, fridge, coffee maker in the room, breakfast buffet. We especially appreciated the good air conditioning that worked well in spite of the very hot days we were there. Reception and check-in was welcoming and efficient. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.
