Rooms are a bit old. Carpet is worn however the bed is very comfortable. Front desk clerks working the evening of Nov 30th very friendly however they were out of items to get like toothbrushes. Lastly, this is the first time in all my stays at any Holiday Inn they did not have any coffee. Kid in the back room said he hadn't made any and seemed busy on the computer. Would not recommend for a quick night stay when traveling. Pricing was reasonable.

Haley was a great receptionist who made sure we got our early check in! Travis made the best breakfast! Sherry was so friendly, too! Great stay! The establishment was very clean and everyone was extremely professional! The beds were comfortable.

We had a great stay. We stayed three nights and all the crew were very friendly and welcoming. I wanted to give a shoutout to Travis who works the breakfast area. He was always cleaning and putting out fresh food. I love the complimentary cookies also!

Very good location. Pool is not heated well. Breakfast is pretty good. Staff is friendly and helpful. While prices have increased considerably over the past couple of years, this location is not terrible with cost. Very easy access, so we will likely stay here again.

Staff was friendly, rooms were alright, nothing fancy. The elevator was covered in sticky stuff from the time we got there until we left the next morning. We were told there was a restaurant and there was not, that was disappointing. Probably will stay somewhere else next time given the price. It was only a little bit cheaper than other nicer hotels.

I want to mention Penny in service and Haley at the front desk were SO HELPFUL. Thank you thank you thank you!! The room was clean, neat, well stocked and quiet. The beds were a little hard for my preference, but otherwise a fantastic stay. Best breakfast of any hotel we've experienced! Thank you!!!

The staff was extremely pleasant and very helpful. The rooms were clean well stocked, and the overall experience was perfect. The manager was able to accommodate us and our late check out with no issues, even though we requested at the very last minute. If I have to stay in Cloverdale again, it will be here.
