The thing about Emily is that she always knows what you need. I hired Emily to only help with my Welcome Day because my wedding was out of state and I had local coordinators for wedding day (Emily is a friend and I wanted her to be solely my guest that day).
First of all, my welcome day was not just a dinner- it was a pickleball tournament followed by a beach bbq. Emily crushed it. All I had to do was show up, and everything I envisioned was in place. At each turn everything was just as I imagined, because she was behind the scenes. On wedding day, even though it was not her job, Emily knew my timeline backwards and forwards. My hairstylist was MIA and Emily saved the day. Then, my entertainment said we can't use their speaker system and again, Emily saved the day, otherwise there wouldve been no music during dinner. Again, everywhere I turned it was Emily, who was making sure it was perfect.
At the end of the night, when she was supposed to be going home with her husband and friends, she stuck around and organized things. I could write a novel. Earlier in the week she helped me measure the venue foot by foot. She managed my big feelings with my family. Anyone who saw her that week has commented how excellent she is at her job. Okay I'll stop before I cry.

Dream Day ACCOMPLISHED and would not have happened without Emily. We met Emily's team awhile back at our soon to be venue El Paseo Santa Barbara as they were setting up for a wedding. Now one year later she completed our wedding and all anyone had to say after was that it was FLAWLESS. Most of our feedback was that people could not believe how seamless the day was and what a time they had. Because of Emily I was able to be present that day and actually enjoy all the details we had worked so hard on.

Rob and I threw so many logistics and curveballs at Emily and each one she handled. As my huband put it "you have met your match". Type A and yet cool and collected I knew we were in great hands. She took any calls and texts from us, urgent late night ones where she walked me off a ledge...and after all that every single special moment we dreamed of happened and all were executed perfectly. A few days later we sat sipping some wine and thought "can we still be friends with Emily?" because truly she made you feel like that. She is a MUST

We were so lucky to have found Emily to coordinate our wedding just 3 weeks before the day!

We realized we needed someone to run the event, as well as ensure nothing had been overlooked. Our first concern was that we had a church ceremony and reception in different locations. We wanted to provide transportation for guests so everyone’s day would be fun and easy. Emily organized a classy 35-passenger party bus and 2 luxury sprinter vans for us and VIPs just two weeks before the day.

Emily also helped us tie up loose ends, such as organizing a beautiful cake from Lark Bakery, including our tasting appointment. She communicated with our reception venue about setup, food, decor, valet, etc.
Emily was unbelievably giving with her time and attention to detail. She was always available to communicate - even on weekends! We felt spoiled and worried we were bothering her too much. She was always quick to respond and let us know in advance if she would be unable to speak for a time.

Days before the wedding, she met with us at our house for several hours to perfect our timeline. Everything could not have run smoother!
My husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our wedding because of Emily’s skillful coordination. She is trustworthy, conscientious and clearly wants your day to be as perfect as you imagined. By the end, Emily felt more like a friend than a planner. We had the best day of our lives and we have Emily to thank!!

What can I say that truly emphasizes how awesome and an amazing job that Emily and her team did. My wife and I booked her beginning of July for a wedding in November. So what only a month of planning with my wife of how she wanted her dream wedding and only 4 months of execution and adjustments. I was stressed out more I think than my wife and Emily because it was to be done in such a short time frame with a 185 person guest list and so many working parts needed to make it come together. I can honestly tell you I have no idea how she pulled off our massive wedding on so little time while also of course doing other weddings but always available to us but she did and it was absolutely amazing! She took my wife’s thoughts and vision then turned them into reality. She booked all the needed vendors on short notice even my wife’s must haves of a donut and a hot chocolate/coffee bars. We can’t wait to book her again for future events we do and hopefully she’s still doing this in 5/10 years when we do our renewals. Yes, she did that amazing of a job. We don’t have all our photos yet from the wedding but but here’s some focused on her work. Also the alter placement was the first thing she changed for that view of the mountains and that detail alone made such an impactful difference on the whole wedding that it shows she really knows her stuff! From the bottom of our hearts thank you for making our day stress free and unforgettable Emily!

Congratulations! You’ve just found the best coordinator ever! My husband and I knew we wanted a “day of coordinator” (so we thought it was called) but did not know exactly how much to prioritize or what to ask for. And then we pretty much stumbled upon Emily after posting in a local facebook group about needing a coordinator and we are so grateful we did. We’ve actually joked to one another that our only wedding regret is not having hired Emily to plan the whole thing.

Emily is professional, personable, and an incredible problem-solver. Emily does coordination, which means she actually jumps on board a couple months in advance to get you organized and get all of the vendors together. However, it would be a mistake to say she only gets involved at that point—from the moment we chose Emily, she checked in consistently, asked how she could help, and gave us leads as we navigated picking vendors. When we hit the ~8 week mark before the wedding, Emily began initiating more meetings and gathering all of the information she needed. We did a venue walk through and a meeting dedicated to decor. This is all to say—Emily has got your back.

Additionally, she is always working behind the scenes to make sure everyone is on the same page. Leading up to the wedding, we had been very organized, but of course, in the week or so before the wedding, it felt like total chaos. We added people to our hair/makeup schedule. We had to add a last-minute vendor that totally changed the flow of our set-up. Suddenly three days before the wedding, the forecast called for rain. Emily took this all in stride. She reassured us that our feelings about anything were valid and then promised she would figure out whatever we wanted to have happen. She always had multiple solution-options for every moment of chaos we felt. And then once we had decided what we wanted, she made it happen! On the day of the wedding, I was completely worry-free because I knew Emily had everything under control.

Apparently a few things went wrong that neither my husband nor I knew about until later because Emily just handled it (she did check in about one thing that had been important to us, but when she asked about it, she came with multiple solution options for me to pick from). She also goes above and beyond to make anything right if there is a need to do so (all wedding have things go wrong!). All-in-all, you want a coordinator who is on top of things, but you also want one that you want to spend your day with and Emily strikes that balance perfectly. We were actually sad when our wedding ended and we realized we wouldn’t be chatting with her as regularly!

We are so incredibly thankful to have used Emily as our wedding coordinator! Right from the first Zoom call, we knew that she was someone who we would want to have with us on our wedding day. She is the perfect mix of thoughtful and fun, but also keeps things on track. I (bride) knew that a day of coordinator was important, but having Emily with us a month out was invaluable. There were so many things that hadn't crossed our minds that she helped us figure out, and I truly think I would have gone bonkers without her help leading up to the wedding. She truly went above and beyond in so many ways. Our wedding was more DIY, and Emily was with us the day before helping to get everything set up and clearly understood my vision, and her team flawlessly picked up where I left off.
