Lovely experience!! Came on a rainy weekend in the summer and was accommodated with welcome arms and cozy beds. Rooms were clean and cozy, had a cottage like feel to them. Facet water was fine. Close to golf courses and local pool. Great for a vacation in the cabin the woods!!

Stayed here for a one night stay to visit the Twin Pines Casino nearby. It was no frills but very clean and very well stocked in a beautiful little location. The buildings are a little older and the decking needs some upkeep, but overall a very good experience...would recommend and would stay there again. Best price in the area and surrounding areas.

The manager of the hotel is down to earth and cool as cool gets. The rooms are very spacious and clean. It's so peaceful and established here on Cobb Mountain. The commons area outside is something out of a fairytale. Very beautiful the prices are very affordable considering how big the rooms are. You cant beat these prices anywhere within 100 miles of this place. If you're ever in the lake county area look up eagle and rose inn on Cobb Mountain and I promise you wont regret it

Over the years my work has brought me to Cobb Mountain many times. I've always enjoyed my stay at the Cobb Village Inn not only is the atmosphere amazing but Richelle the manager has always gone above and beyond 4 all of the guys get stay up here for work. Being away from home is never easy but she has always made it better. I saw a review that said the place was going to be Under New Management, I personally won't stay there anymore once the current management leaves and I know that a lot of my coworkers feel the same way. So thank you to Richelle for always making my stay a good one, the place will never be the same without her.

dec.24 2013 we rented a room told it had internet. it didn't told ice machine was on the corner but it didn't work so I go get ice and food for the evening and find out the room that the manager inspected in front of us didn't have a microwave I call office with in 20 minutes of arriving and no answer so we did not eat tried to make the best of or Christmas get away we saved for this moment and next morn we told manager everything she said{ o my god
. } grabbed a microwave from next door sat it down didn't even plug it in so I ask if I could have a discount for my lovely time she replied had to talk to the house keeper and said I could not have a cheaper room with a hot tub because to many walk ins so I paid full price again and went on for Christmas with the family came back and I paid for a clean room and all that was offered and had none of the above had to go get towels coffee soap of coarse no ice again and for the first time I ever not been offered maid service $215.00 was not well spent I would like my money back but if the owners are like management they would have to talk to house keeper to fix this problem ps. if the place is full u should take the keys off the wall not just 3 that I see full would love to say something nice but quote (we are a small town motel we do things how we want u have to ask for to get and don't expect anything else)management . I hope if I don't get my money back this message gets out before some one else saves for this wonderful holiday possibility

This place is great, the rooms are cute. Right off HWY 175. The Hotel lady Rachel is the nicest lady, she works hard. Her one woman operation.

Did not even get a chance to stay nor would I want to! Person who answered the phone was extra rude! Questioning as to why I wanted to stay, I explained that I didn’t feel it was any of her business and she hung up on me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

Out dated and old! The in room coffee maker was still dirty from the last occupant. Dripping shower. However they are pet friendly.
