When we started the planning process with Ryann, we had a vague idea of what we wanted: an intimate, fun, low-key wedding, but we didn’t know exactly how to execute that. She helped us to discover what would be perfect for us, and our friends and family loved it too! She took the time to hear us out, and truly understood our vision and brought it to life beyond our expectations.

Her expertise in vendor selection, timeline management, and design coordination made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Communication was prompt and clear throughout the planning process. She gracefully kept us focused on one task at a time, never overwhelming us. Any concerns or questions we had were addressed promptly, and her flexibility and adaptability were invaluable.

She had incredible recommendations for every vendor we needed. She worked SO well with vendors we already had in mind. She was especially helpful with our request for all vegan food (which our non-vegan guests even still talk about how good everything was).

We ended up doing a private, courthouse wedding with just immediate family, then photos on a state beach (which she helped us get a permit for), then a private dinner with a few more friends that night. The next day, we had a reception with over 100 guests.

Literally every aspect of the weekend ran smoothly. Her calm and collected attitude, attention to detail, and care for our special day was evident in every aspect.

Our guests were blown away by the beauty and organization of the reception, and still talk about how it was such an incredible day. Some say it was their favorite wedding ever!!! We owe it all to Ryann. Thanks to her, we were able to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of our wedding day without worrying about a single thing. It truly was an incredible weekend.

Choosing Ryann as our wedding coordinator was the BEST decision my husband and I made in our planning decisions. We knew we needed someone creative, reliable, communicative, strong-willed, detail-driven, and understanding - and Ryann + her RKE team was not only that BUT MORE. From the very first phone call to our last meeting before the wedding, Ryann made sure to ask good questions and cover every base (ones we didn’t even know about)! She brings a wave a reassurance with her that eliminated any worry, anxiety, or stress we might’ve had throughout the process and on the day of.

Ryann and her assistant, Nicole, helped facilitate our Rehearsal Dinner with our Bridal Party - and also went out of the way to lend a helping hand in our set up. They are both so fast and so knowledgable, and made our night more enjoyable because of it! On the day of the wedding, Ryann was not only there early to make sure everything was ready and prepared for our vendors. We were told during the wedding process that things would go wrong, which did end up happening - as we dropped the ball and forgot all of our mixers and garnishes for our full. BUT - Ryann not only made an immediate decision on how to problem solve, but was so verbally assuring that the night would still be as great as planned. Nicole was able to make a run out during our ceremony and have everything back before we knew it - having an assistant there on the day of is a MUST!

Overall, Ryann Kristena Events made sure we had the best and most memorable wedding day with a smile and professionalism that I simply cannot recommend more. Whether you are a Type-A person looking for someone to pass the baton off to a couple months out, or a couple who needs ALL the help and someone to run the show - Ryann is your answer. I will be recommending her to anyone and everyone that wants to make sure their wedding is the best day EVER!

Ryann made our wedding day a true dream. Originally, we thought we could handle planning the wedding ourselves, in a short amount of time, we realized we needed some help. My husband and I reside in Utah and trying to plan a wedding in a different state was extremely difficult. Luckily, we had a venue, but other than that we were at a standstill. Ryann was a lifesaver, and I couldn't have done it without her. She was responsive on any questions we had and available when I made trips to Cali to meet in person. I feel like she took time to understand my vision and what I wanted overall, then helped me select different vendors that would help me achieve my goal. When working with the vendors referred, you could tell that Ryann has taken time to vet the best, they were professional, friendly, and you could see and feel the pride they take in their work. On the day of the wedding, stress wasn't even a thing because I knew I could count on Ryann to make it a magical day. She took our vision and made it a reality. We couldn't be more thankful that we found her!

I went into wedding planning thinking I could do it myself but boy was I wrong. My wedding was a few days after finals and as a nursing student, it's hard to focus on anything other than school. We had periodic check-ins and she was always available for a phone call or text when I needed help. I did not have to worry about anything on my big day which was the biggest plus, obviously. It allowed me to focus solely on the day and my husband which I am so thankful for. Her price point was also affordable which was important because I did not plan on having a coordinator initially. I would recommend Ryann to anyone!

Working with Ryann Kristena Events was incredible!
The flow of the wedding was flawless, from the Ceremony to the Cocktail Hour then to the Reception, it was PERFECT. I am the mother of the bride and am very detailed oriented, and she went above and beyond my expectations. I did not need to do anything but enjoy the wedding day with my daughter and her new husband.
We would give Ryann 10 stars if we could, I can’t say this enough, Ryann and her team were perfect. We highly recommend Ryann Kristena Events for any Wedding/Party you are planning.

Ryann was a blessing to work with and made the stress of communicating with all vendors and assembling minute details a breeze. Her and her team are professional, knowledgeable, and organized. When you work with Ryann, you are not only getting a wedding planner, but a therapist, designer, problem solver, and ninja. No really, she is truly a ninja whether it was popping over to our table to make sure we were having a good time, to ensuring that our schedule was flowing, and even saving my wife from a stray spider!

She is an expert wedding planner from the ever adjusting timeline, to the small things like helping us find our Uber at the end of the night.

Ryann went above and beyond in helping us find ceremony venues when two venue options fell through. She is a preferred vendor at the Dana Point Yacht Club and knows many vendors and options in the area. Since we were not from the area, she was a huge help in finding us vendors and connecting us with them. She thought of so many things that I would of never though to do/part of the wedding process. Planning a wedding is hard and we definitely recommend hiring Ryann to help you. You’ll need the help, trust me! On rehearsal day and the wedding day she takes charge and was able to get all of our silly groomsmen in order! Her timeline is a huge help as well. She’s very nice, understanding, and gets the job done like you wouldn’t believe! Five stars all around!
