Shauna was the BEST coordinator. Knowledgeable, on time, on top of it, and so easy to work with. We could not have chosen a better coordinator for our big day. Everything ran seamlessly!

Let's start off by saying Shauna is AMAZING! We hired Palm and Pine (Shauna) for coordination, meaning we were responsible for picking vendors, but I cannot imagine the planning process without Shauna. Whenever I had a question throughout the entire year of planning, she was there to answer (and quickly!), she referred us to a few stellar vendors that ended up making the day spectacular, and Shauna was such a calming presence to have on an otherwise overwhelming day.

She was there for our venue walk-thru and asked super helpful questions, and also made sure everything we wanted was discussed and laid out ahead of time. She did all the coordination the month leading up to our wedding, and made the rehearsal and actual wedding day so much easier than I could have imagined. She deals with difficult personalities well, and commands attention and respect in a really graceful way (which you need from your planner/coordinator!). I can't imagine going through this process without Shauna and I would hire her again a million times over. If you're waffling on whether or not to get a planner/coordinator, 1. definitely do it, and 2. definitely do it with Shauna and her team!!!
