My recent stay at the Motel 6 in Delano was delightful, exceeding my expectations for a budget-friendly accommodation. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality by the staff. They were incredibly helpful, providing local recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after a long day. They have taken the time to ensure all the amenities are available and are always willing to provide any additional supplies you might need during your stay.

Shivam Patel, in particular, went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. He was attentive to every detail, ensuring I felt welcomed and cared for throughout my visit. His kindness and genuine concern truly enhanced my stay.

If you're looking for a a great place to stay in Delano with outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend the Motel 6. You'll be pleasantly surprised by the genuine care and attention you receive from the staff, who truly embodies the spirit of excellent customer service.

The first thing that I want to mention is that this is the best customer service that l've experienced in years. The owners treated me with the best hospitality. The front desk was extremely kind and helpful and they were able to accommodate us on a last minute notice. We had high expectations for the motel and we were still blown away. We'll definitely be returning to this motel any time we are near Delano and need a place to stay. If you're ever passing by and end up in Delano, this is the place to go!

The stay itself would not have been that bad except for the floors were very dirty as many people have mentioned before but the main thing was where the AC was placed the AC is too high up on the wall therefore the air is heading up towards the ceiling instead of more below where the customer would be so it never really cooled the room down as much. The AC needs to be placed further down. It was
almost as high as my waist and I'm 5'6 and it be nice if it was across from the bed so that the customer can actually feel the air. The stay was very uncomfortable because it was very hot the day that I went . This is up north heat so it was terrible all day and all night . I wanted to ask for my money back but didn't want to deal with the drama of them saying no & blah blah blah. As someone who's allergic to the Sun and need cold air to hit my skin that was very important to me. I had to get up often to stand next to the A/C to feel it. Who wants to stand when the point of the room was to relax and cool down. I'll never stay here again.

** And "ok " about your A/C . The A/C itself worked great. The position of it was not & did not allow the room to cool down. As I mentioned it was hot all through the room & it did not cool down all that much. All the air was going towards the ceiling but if you think it's in a good spot then "ok" .

First, when we went to check in, after already reserving and paying for the room, they said that my MINOR children needed ID and that we weren't allowed to have our room. After a short (polite) argument, we finally got to our room, only to find that it was DISGUSTING! We do the bed checks to make sure there's no bed bugs ( the only good thing about it was that there wasn't any!), BUT the sheets were NOT clean. They had blue stuff all over them.
The next day, we went to make the beds and set the pillows on the floor for a couple of minutes. After we picked them up, they were BLACK with dirt. We asked the housekeeper to clean the room, which she said "no. You can!" And handed us the broom. It was so dirty!!
Second day, the owner was constantly harassing our kids, called our room 3 times in a row without saying anything, then came and knocked on our door, saying that our kids were not allowed to play outside and was starting to get very aggressive towards me. I low-key freaked out about her harassing my children, to which she said that we would be kicked out if they played outside again.
If I could, I would give them no stars!

(It's not allowing me to respond again. PLEASE post the photos of my children outside with the pillows? That NEVER happened! They had a basketball outside.

And the owner, indeed, came down and banged on the door. We had a heated argument, where she then stated that I was being aggressive. There were absolutely NO SMILES during check-in or check out! Post those audios and videos as well! You have the customers' permission, so it's legal.

Rooms simple with exactly what you need, it was the cleanest motel 6 I've seen in years..pool was cold but very clean. Will definitely stay here again
