Stacy has been booking our vacations for years, she is wonderful! Sometimes getting into particular restaurants and places at Disney can be very tricky and difficult, especially if its during a “busy” season. Stacy’s gone above and beyond to try to get us into our top choices. She researches and keeps up on all the new attractions and is extremely knowledgeable. If you are considering a Disney vacation, she is your go-to person. She could create her own blog if she hasn’t already. Excellent customer service!:)

Kevin is AMAZING!!!! When Spirit airlines caused complete chaos for a trip
I have been looking forward to for months Kevin was our savior!!! Pulled thru and went to bat for us with Apple vacations, answered my 5000 phone calls, and literally preformed last minute miracles. He worked tirelessly for 2 straight days, staying on hold for hours, and even answered his phone at 3 am when I got the notification that our flight was cancelled! I cannot recommend him enough!!!!! We had a college group of around 25 people traveling to the Grand Oasis in Cancun, Mexico. We used Kevin as our travel agent. Kevin was very communicative, flexible and the best travel agent I have ever worked with! He made the process very easy and was good at showing us different options that fit our budget. Ok so let me get one thing straight, I'm fifteen so you could say that I can't "legally" leave this country. As much as I want to with final exams coming up and all. But that's not the point this is. My dad booked a cruise with them, and he said that they were an AMAZING service! He said that he has never met anyone more friendly than them. He also told me that on his cruise there were no complications with money or service it was all covered which to me and my dad is an A++ Not only is there place caring and nice they also have great costumer service! Please whatever you do, do not go anywhere else this place is OUTSTANDING! (They also have an awesome slogan)

Horrible! Bad attitude right off the bat. Never called back either, guess they didn't want my money. That's why I called somewhere else and already way happier with them. They were kind, understanding, and willing to help me plan honeymoon like this place should have done.
