Our family went to Universal Studios one day and Disneyland two days with Tim and after that, we wouldn’t do it any other way. We had an absolute blast and all we had to do was show up. He planned the day and helped us breeze through the crowds. Our young kids had the best time and parents did too b/c all the mental load of logistics was covered by Tim. Special touches included Tim brining his interactive wand and teaching my son how to use it to cast spells throughout The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal and he knew when/where to be in Disneyland so my daughter could meet Elsa. It was 110% worth it and the only way we will do the parks again.

We had Tim as our guide during our recent trip to Disneyland, and we cannot say enough great things about him! From the very start, his communication was outstanding — he was clear, responsive, and answered all our questions before the trip, giving us great confidence heading into the day.

On the day of our visit, he was prompt and ready to meet us exactly as planned, which set the tone for an incredibly well-organized experience. In the park, he handled all the "app work," planning for us in real-time, and coordinating our next ride or activity so that we minimized lines, crowds, and frustration, and maximized our day, all without feeling rushed.

He also had a great sense of balance, layering in well-timed breaks on relaxing rides or stops for food and drink. These moments gave us a chance to recharge and enjoy the park without feeling overwhelmed. And he was wonderful with our two nine-year-olds, keeping them engaged and making sure they were having a blast all day long. They ended up fighting over who got to go on the last ride with him before we finally called it a day.

Thanks to Tim, we got to experience the very best of Disneyland with zero stress. His expertise, kindness, and attention to detail were unmatched. We truly couldn’t have asked for anything more and would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone wanting to make their Disneyland visit absolutely magical.

We spent a day and a half with Tim, and as we departed, I knew it was not a true farewell, but a "See you again!" My husband and I took my daughter to Disneyland for her birthday, and Tim made it two of the best, most memorable days of our lives. Everything was so easy and seamless when we got in the park - we rode ALL of the rides (some multiple times!) - with almost no wait lines. Tim is the perfect guide because after a short time together, it feels like you've been old friends. I highly recommend using Southland Tour Co. We definitely will again when we return to Anaheim!

Our party of 8 had a great time with Tim! It was so worth it to not worry about where to go next, what lightning lanes to sign up for and we never stood in line for longer than 20 minutes! Plus anytime we wanted to grab a bite or take a detour, he worked seamlessly around us. When he left us, he set up for more rides and tips for the rest of the day. Thanks Tim!

Tim made our trip to Disneyland and California Adventure Park STRESS FREE! Couldn't recommend him enough. He was wonderful with our children and a really lovely relaxed guy. Tim got us on every ride we wanted to go on all in one day. In a group of 8 of us we hardly ever waited in a queue, there were no arguments and we didn't even look at the map. We just followed Tim. Without him our experience would have been very different. He was also very punctual in meeting us etc. Highly recommend him to anyone travelling to any of the parks in LA. Thank you Tim!!!

Tim was amazing. We had put off taking our kids to Disney for far too long but because of Tim i would go back in a second now. We all had the best time and with his knowledge of the parks we breezed through. He knew where to go and when and had great tips for photos. Tim was the ultimate guide for our magical 10 hour day at Disneyland and California Adventure Park. He took the lead and made our seamless day seem effortless. Tim is 5 STARS! He made sure our group of kids (ages 8 to 6 months) had the best Disneyland experience. He eliminated all the stress and planning so we were able to be in the moment with our children and enjoy all the magic that Disney has to offer. He took pictures that we otherwise wouldn’t have been able to take and held a fussy baby! 🙂 Without Tim’s help, our trip would have been much different. We will definitely be using him again!
