I'm incredibly saddened to see such poor customer service from a travel agency I thought I could trust. I had an unforeseen accident and was unable to travel per physical ability due to injuries(radius right elbow and left ankle fractures).
I notified the travel agency two weeks prior to the departure. We called the airlines, and both airlines stated that they would review my medical record and refund the airline's full ticket price, they just need phone call from the Agency.
The Agency kept prolonging the entire process from the beginning and made it extremely difficult to communicate about this unfortunate incident and request from the refund.
It's honestly a shame how customers are being treated and misled with companies such as this one. I will not be using this agency for any of my future trips and will not recommend others around me. I'll be reporting to the better business bureau of this incident as well as the airlines.

Got 5 tickets to Europe in January 2020 but covid19 pandemic caused cancellations for all flights.
This agent did nothing for us to get refund or credits for future! I did couple calls to them to see what should be done! But No response!!!
Finally I called the airline and my credit company and file a clime to get my money back. Never recommend this agent and will never get tickets through this guys.Not professional at all...

I was in their office with my wife on January 27th 2018 for reserving flight tickets .They reserved and told us they will give us a call to make sure and make payment .we waited for two weeks and we didn’t get any responds. When we called them they told us that they don’t have any reservation.I don’t recommend this agent.
