Sycamore Park is a GREAT place to call home!!
We have really enjoyed living here!!
We moved in Oct. 2019 and only planned to live here a month, until we could find something longer term that we thought we would enjoy more, but because the neighborhood - park is so comfortable, friendly, well managed and maintained, we decided to stay until our new home was ready for move in.

Al at the property management company has been great to work with. He streamlined the whole move in - move out process. He always returned all calls and texts and addressed any questions we had. He also followed through with everything discussed. We appreciated his honesty, everything was as agreed on.
The park has a wonderful onsite manager that welcomes you, makes you instantly feel at home and is able to answer any questions you may have. She is very knowledgeable, both about the park and about Grand Terrace local information you may need help with if you are unfamiliar with the area. She is also very professional and friendly.
The onsite groundskeeper also makes sure to check up on you and answer any questions you may have and help in any way he can. I wasn't familiar with rv hookups and he was always available and more than happy to help.
This was our first time staying at a park and thanks to these good people, it was a very enjoyable experience!
The community here is also very friendly and respectful of one another.
This all makes for a really great place to call home!

This property is impressively gated, has excellent views and is constantly being upgraded w beautiful drought friendly landscaping.
If you are looking for a place to call home, Sycamore Park is definitely worth a visit!!
We looked at several other parks and options, and nothing else compared.

Bunch of crooked snakes don't rent there you will regret it the new alleged ownership slash managers are worse than Pinocchio when it comes to the truth. Believe me this review is putting it mildly rent at your own risk

That place is the Pitts, they wanted 1200 for less than 500 square feet. And then Mr Lopez had the nerve to say "well this is grand terrace". That doesn't hold well for that city. What a dump!!! Couldn't give it 0 or half star.

I would advise no one to live here the New owners are all about money, they have no respect for anyone not unless you have a deal with them ,do not trust!!! They kicked all the original tenants out mostly veterans who were on a set budget and they didn't work with them
