Driver was late 10 mint from appointment they said come next day appointment next day driver showed up 11am appointment took 6 hr to unload 20’ ft trailer. Very bad experience

Had delivery appointment for 7am at Gustine, CA facility, showed up on time, sat for 90 minutes (no other trucks there for the first 45 mins) before they started loading. Clearly not concerned with anyone else's time. Final amount of time there: 4 hours for 9 pallets. Gotta love starting your day with your work clock pushing your drive clock.

When i go to 4pm pick up there they told me they are warehouse timing upto 3pm they are closed 3pm ! Zerp star

Came at appointment time at 7 am and they took way to long to loading. Got out at 12.30 pm . Very slow . When there is no other trucks here to load or unload.

Employees are allowing the extreme pounding on the bathroom door to get drivers attention.
Creating a hostile environment.
After pounding on exterior of door, went inside office and pounded on that side of bathroom wall also. Management needs to know what's going on.
