After being charged 4 times for our stay in Cancun & it being almost 3 months after the charges we still have not been able to get our refund. When we call to speak to someone in refunds we are immediately hung up on. Our correspondence in email form has been pretty much the same. I would suggest if anyone having the thought of dealing with LBF travel to stay clear, run. I can’t believe in this day in age that a company can be so devious.

They are a fair and trustworthy online travel agency. The airline rescheduled my flights without telling me and the travel agent took care of everything for me in just a few minutes. It was really nice to have them as a go-between when the airline was messing with me. They are legit and I'll use them again.

Although I received an exceptional offer to fly to the Westcoast through SmartFares, the agency tried to charge me twice for one purchase! Please be aware and/or don’t book with them, I definitely won’t moving forward!! Scammers!! Every good deal, isn’t!

Change honeymoon flight the same day and without notification. Had to spend another 1k to fly with someone else. Customer service is rude, lacking and incompetent. There is no manager around even if you wait on hold for hours. Said they would call us back and never did. I didn't even want a refund just a travel credit would have been nice.

I booked tickets for a flight from Iasi to Bucharest. Eventually everything went smooth, but on my first order I had by mistake added travel insurance that I didn't want. A few messages with the support team and the problem was quickly solved.

I got my airline tickets yesterday and received conformation code after I sent payment. I didn't get airline tocket in my e-mail within 24hr so I called them to out that my tickets got canceled. After being on the phone for 2 hours with the help desk got the same tickets that I originally had but I had to pay them $902.25 difference. I already booked hotel and couldn't cancel it. Very, very unpleasant and horrible experience.

I’ve gotta say, having your phone ring, right after you tried to book a flight after a message pops up and tells you that the flight that you have selected is not available, in spite of having completed the form and press the “purchase button”, was the weirdest thing, I might have experienced.

That felt such like a shady tactic. Actually, it is shady. There is no valid explanation that could justify such practice as the booking representative was trying to explain the whys. Sorry no can do. You don’t hook people with cheap fares, only to send them a message that the flight is not available, call them back with, of course, a higher price.

It is with a lot of hesitation and insecurity that I started my booking process with them, as I was in a state of emergency and had to book a flight asap. And comparing to all the other places, even with the new price higher then what was showing at first, they still had the lowest price. So I decided to give it a chance.

As I continued to engage with the representative, I have to be honest that he kind of made my worries disappear as he went step by step to make sure that I understood each step of their booking process, though I must admit is quite confusing.

The first email you receive (which you must click on the link to authorized) is not your booking confirmation but a confirmation that you have authorized them to book a flight for you (something like that, so weird).

Then, weirdly enough you received the same message but it’s the confirmation. The only way for you to know that it’s the confirmation is to look into the flight details where it will show the flight and ticket number on the right side of the table.. So so confusing.

After completing my booking with the representative who confirmed that everything was in order and that I had nothing to worry about, I still couldn’t help myself and went to read the reviews about Cheap fares Now. Oh my God! what a mistake. After reading so many bad reviews and how people thought they had booked a flight but it wasn’t booked or that they over charged their credit card, I called the airline to verify if indeed the flight was booked. Then I called my credit card to make sure that it was the right amount that was billed. Fortunately, everything was fine and in perfect order. We had a perfect round trip, without any glitch and I even made some change for one ticket without any problem, but still I had to make tight follow up.

Doing business with them is not for the faint of heart, so beware and make sure to validate, ask questions, and verify with the airline and your credit card. Ask the airline to send you your flight confirmation so, if there are any changes you will be advised, cause the travel agency may not follow through with the flight updates. They really need to streamline their booking process and make it easy, clear reassuring. I would not recommend doing business with them, even, if in my case, everything went well

Even 1 star is too much to give them.
I had bad service with this company, they are scammer company, please do not use them, and save yourself value time and aggravation.
My airline cancel partial of my ticket, the air line let me choose change with no fee, but this LBF Travel charges there own fee to change. Even that I paid extra for there service. They get you by the balls. I defiantly will not use them and not recommend them at all.
