Dealt with Steve to book my first ever cruise in Miami. A closed loop cruise leaving and coming back to same port. Was told needed a birth certificate and Government ID....booked and paid to find out since was born in Italy need a passport or other documents which now don't have since sent out to apply for passport. Steve is very short in answers and not very informative. I stand to lose THOUSANDS. Book your own trip or directly with cruise line!!!!All you had to do was ask questions Steve especially since it was my first time. Took out a loan to pay for a vacation I might not even go on!!!

Steven is a delight to work with, made our trip seem-less even in this time of COVID. Kept us well informed on what to do ahead of time so we where prepared for Dominican Republic well before we got there. Thank you Steven. Can't wait to plan the next travel event!

I had a bad experience. So to confirm my reservation, I was pushed to pay the total fees for a name change on the reservation which refunded the guest whose place I took. On a Sunday, the 14th day to get the vaccine, I was told I needed to have it to board. All pharmacies were closed so I got vaccinated at 8am the next day, making it 13 days. With my COVID testing all negative, I am still unable to board as well as unable to get refunded or a new departure date. I contacted the cruiseline and they advised that Steven has to make the request and that it was possible, but after speaking with Steven, apparently there’s nothing that can be done. I was looking forward to this being my first cruise ever, now with having lost almost 3k, I don’t think I’ll be booking one any time soon. Granted yes, it’s my fault I didn’t get vaccinated sooner, I get that, I just wish I would have been told sooner or that I could still be able to board being fully vaccinated with Moderna and J&J plus negative COVID testing. I hope everyone else on the cruise has a wonderful time.

My husband and I have used KGay travel to book two Atlantis cruises. The customer service and attention to detail made my experience in booking the cruise, finding Pre and post cruise hotels and the cruise itself a great experience. Highly recommend!!!!
