Erin (and Canvas Weddings and Events) was really amazing at helping us plan our dreamy winter wedding in Park City, Utah. Being from California, it was vital to find a wedding planner who could be on site for us and knew the area and local vendors well. From the beginning Erin helped schedule venue walkthroughs for us to choose the right location, she coordinated with various vendors to get us the vision we wanted, and helped us find the best value from these vendors. The day of the wedding she was so helpful and the execution was perfect. We received so many compliments about how everything flowed so easily. Erin and her team did a great job throughout the wedding process and she was always accessible (could call, text or email ANY time or any day of the week). Erin was amazing at conflict resolution as well - we had one vendor who consistently missed deadlines and Erin handled it so well for us, ensured we had a backup plan, and made sure we had what we needed for the wedding. Lastly, Erin herself is super easy to work with because she is so kind and friendly - she feels like another bridesmaid vs. a wedding planner!

We truly cannot say enough about how our incredible experience with Rachel and the whole Canvas team. Rachel has built great connections with all of the most amazing vendors in Utah, and it made the experience infinitely easier as she already knew the ins and outs of so many of the vendors we decided to hire. She even connected with our dream photographer (who she knows well) and negotiated a price that better fit our budget, which allowed us to move forward with that photographer. Throughout the whole process she was able to capture our vision and bring it to life through details both big and small, and the wedding day felt effortlessly magical as a result.

Rachel is just also a warm and wonderful person to have on your team. I had a habit of turning to my husband after every check in call with Rachel and saying, "I just love Rachel!" And it's true. She was a joy to work with, and we were a bit sad when the wedding was over to say our goodbyes with her as she had become such a big part of that chapter in our lives.

5 stars isn't enough to do Canvas Weddings and Events justice! Rachel was absolutely amazing. From beginning to end, things couldn't have been better. Rachel was always extremely responsive and organized, keeping us gently on track. But, equally importantly, she was thoughtful, calm, and had a wonderful sense of humor. The vendors Rachel helped us select were tremendous as well. I'm not much of a party planner and, because of Rachel, we threw the perfect wedding!!

Rachel did a spectacular job planning my daughter’s wedding. She guided us through all decisions and planning. She kept us on task with her organizational skills. She took our wedding ideas and made them come to life. Seriously she’s amazing and she was fun to work with! If ever there was a hiccup, she was there to smooth things over. She had solutions and ideas for every issue. She didn’t just guide us through all the big decisions, it was a thousand little things she did. Yes I noticed and appreciated all of it. The day of my daughter’s wedding was magical. My husband and I both were so grateful we could celebrate without worrying about timing and flow. It all came together perfectly. Rachel’s planning experience and knowledge was greatly appreciated.

You can stop your search right now -- seriously. Choosing Canvas was the best decision of my wedding (besides saying yes to the groom, of course 😉 Rachel and Erin are absolutely amazing. They are SO great to work with! They are responsive, helpful, patient, creative, honest, diligent, and a ton of fun. They will be your new best friends and make your wedding planning actually enjoyable and your wedding day perfect. I have zero regrets hiring Canvas and truly wouldn't have changed a thing about my wedding day or the wedding planning process.
