This is my second time on this tour departing from Seaport Village and I thoroughly enjoyed it all over again. The captain and first mate were helpful and informative. The opportunity to see San Diego from both the water and on land was great. There was plenty of time on the water to enjoy the beautiful day. My favorite part is the up close time with the sea lions and watching them play. Worth every penny and highly recommend you take this tour if you are in San Diego. Leave enough time to shop and eat at one of the many restaurants while you are there.

We chose to do this tour super last minute as we saw one going around. Captain Reef ? And Lila were great guides. Lila had so much knowledge of San Diego history and gave us a wonderful tour.
Of course we loved seeing the sea lions but learning about the military bases in San Diego and seeing the battleships was also very cool. They allowed you to bring your own snacks and NA drinks and even provided blankets because it gets chilly on the water. Wish the price was a bit lower but other than that we had an amazing time ?

We had a wonderful time on our tour today. Captain Reef and First Mate Charlie were great! Smooth driving both on land and on water. Felt safe the entire time. I am not normally a history fan but I absolutely loved the history of San Diego that Charlie provided during the tour. The sea lions were so cute and we loved watching them play and sunbathe. The ride got windy and chilly (for someone from south Louisiana who is used to 90* temps with 100+* heat index), so I was thankful for the provided blankets. 10/10 recommend this tour!!

Me and my Wife took the seal Land and Sea Tour while we visited San Diego during the Labor day weekend. Captain Michael and 1st mate Lila were fantastic during our trip around the port. Lila was very accurate with her information during the tour and was showing security and Professionalism during the whole tour. Me and my wife really enjoyed Lila’s presentation during the tour.

Sea and Land tour was great. We only visited San Diego for a few days. Whenever we go somewhere for a few days that we’ve never been, we find a tour to go on. I was more intrigued about being in a vehicle that moves on land and in the ocean. It was a great tour but my only gripe is the speed of the boat once we got on the water. If that bus/boat moved a little faster, this would be 5 stars. Still a great experience though. I’d recommend it if you’re in San Diego.

We couldn't resist taking the chance to have a ride on a bus that is also a boat. Captain Reef and first mate Kim were such a good team! Captain Reef was a great driver and Kim was very witty and informative. I learned a lot of things about San Diego on land and in the water.

My kids and I did this tour with a group as a field trip. My son has asked for years to ride on the blue truck boat as he calls it. The tour guides provide lots of info I didn’t know about San Diego! Also it was very cool as we got to see the seal lions being trained in the water as well as the ones lounging out on the docks. Going in the water is the best part as when you’re on the road it’s a little windy and noisy. My kids enjoyed the ride and I did too! Definitely worth at least one trip on the Seal Tour!
