We just had our wedding at Castle Green with Agnes and her team helping us through the planning process and through the whole day. We could not have asked for a better team to take care of us. I could tell from a short phone call with Agnes that she ran a high quality business and would be a pleasure to work with.
We hired her as a partial planner and she gave us all the resources we needed to move forward on time and on task, in addition to having perfectly paced out meetings with her to see how things were going.

Her attention to detail is remarkable.
During rehearsal, Agnes noticed my officiant kept gesturing to her chest when she mentioned the mic. She realized that our officiant needed a lapel mic, but apparently there wasn't one listed on the DJ's equipment list. I think she solved the issue by contacting our DJ and making sure he brought one. He hadn't followed up on his meeting with us that week so I think she actually solved a problem we would have had otherwise. It's that kind of awareness and care that makes her so incredible.

Agnes made me feel much more comfortable about the whole process. I felt a sense of ease knowing that I was in such good hands. She is kind and generous with her time and knowledge. I couldn't have appreciated how much work goes into planning a wedding until I went through it myself, and having someone so kind-hearted like Agnes on our side was invaluable.

Her whole team is kind and professional and made us feel taken care of the whole wedding day. I can’t and don’t want to imagine having our wedding without her. Thank you, Agnes!!

Agnes is the BEST. She is professional, timely, accountable, and knows what she is doing. Prior to the wedding, it was just regular things here and there. Contracts, advice, planning. I like to think I made her job slightly easy because I had a clear vision on how I wanted the wedding to be haha! But on the day of the wedding, I saw her in action. She took care of being exactly on schedule, everyone was exactly where they needed to be, she made sure the small details I wished for happened, she took care of unruly guests (lol), made sure we ate food, and just over all was very detailed oriented which I can really appreciate. I will definitely be recommending her to all of my friends and family!

We had Agnes and team as our planner for our wedding. it was definitely one of our best decision as they truly are wonderful team and succesfully execute our plan to life! We had vision of putting up papercranes decoration on the pergolas for reception. We seriously can’t recommend A Fabulous Soiree Team enough, especially Agnes! From day one, her communication was on point—she responded so fast and always kept us in the loop. Anytime we had a problem, she had a solution ready to go, which made the whole planning process totally stress-free for us.

She also had tons of great tools and resources that made everything super easy, from creating a visual map of the venue to giving us a super clear timeline. Even our vendors loved working with her because everything was so organized!

We went through everything from site visits and finding all the vendors we needed to online and in-person meetings to ensure everything went smoothly. Agnes was incredibly helpful, always quick to respond to our questions, especially since we needed a lot of guidance. She really made the whole process so much easier for us!
