And in my experience since, Chanda and her team always give a 110% to their couples and their creative partners. They were hired as “Day of Coordinators” and proceeded to do a lot of nothing except walking around with clip boards while the rest of the staff for the wedding deferred to another family member and actually executed. Their attire and appearance were unprofessional, one of their coordinators had on crocs the entire time. There were a slew of other underwhelming moments from the pair that included but are not limited to refusing to participate in certain service work and hierarchically situating them selves above the rest of the event’s staff.
