I found A Party For Your Palate on Yelp and I am SO glad I hired them to cater my husband’s 50th surprise birthday party. Bruce and his entire team were fantastic and the food was INCREDIBLE!! Everyone kept raving about the food weeks after the party and they took over so I had no worries about feeding our guests. Everything was delicious from the oysters to the Bloody Mary deviled eggs to the sliders. The desserts were out of this world!! Bruce made the best brownies I’ve ever tasted!!! I’m still dreaming about his brownies and chocolate covered strawberries. In addition to their outstanding catering, they also bartended. I bought the alcohol and came up with our signature cocktails, and they did the rest. I give this team my highest recommendation and it will be the best decision you make for your event.

This was the second party we’ve had catered by Bruce and Jordan and the team in our home and, again, the food was spectacular, the drinks were yummy, and everyone had a great time. My wife and I can’t thank Chef Bruce and Jordan for an absolutely amazing wedding this past weekend! The food, the service, the experience was beyond amazing! Our guests loved his food, his creative flare and the attention to detail that is the best in the Bay Area! From the flavorful popcorn, mushroom melts, and other appetizers during cocktail hour, transitioning to a grazing dinner of lamb chops, gazpacho, shrimp, fancy tacos, and dessert-it was beyond excellent, and the talk of our guests. I went to a Christmas party for work last night and party for your palate were the caterers. I can’t say enough about this company from taste to presentation…..they are 5 stars. I endulged myself with oysters 2 ways which are my favorite, they made these mushroom tarts that just melt in your mouth. If you are a lobster lover like me you will fall in love with there no bread lobster rolls. The cream Del la cream were the lamb lollipops. If you need a cater for your next company event or just a fun get together, I would recommend Bruce 1000 percent. The presentation of the food was show stopping.

Chef Bruce is amazing from the first conversation to the ending meals. He is an excellent communicator, very patient with our changing needs, worked with our dietary restrictions, and came up with meal ideas that were fun and delicious. The fish he made was the best fish I've ever eaten--- melt in your mouth food. The Gluten-free cheesecake was also perfect in texture and taste. He and his staff are full-service as they served the wine we bought, did the dishes, and left no mark other than ample leftovers, which is always a plus. I highly recommend Chef Bruce Finch!

When you plan a 65th birthday party for your wife and want to hire a chef in an area where you don't know anyone, you depend on reviews. Chef Bruce and his son Jordan had great reviews so I decided to give it a try. Best decision I have made in years - the food was outstanding, the wine excellent and Bruce's interaction with the group was great. You cannot go wrong with A Party For Your Palate - the prices are reasonable and the food was as good as it gets. I recommend them 1000%, thanks Jordan for all your help in planning the menu.
