After reviewing many “what would you have done differently” videos from Bride’s POV, not hiring a wedding planner or day of coordinator was a top regret. Learning from others’ mistakes and being 6 months into the wedding planning, I searched and interviewed for the right vendor to be a part of my wedding team. At this point I’ve hired majority of my vendors and Krista, of A Perfect Little Plan, was the perfect addition. Krista was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. She added so much value into our entire wedding from the creative details to the day of wedding support. As a bride, I cannot express how much the day of the wedding flies by. Having Krista allowed me to enjoy every moment with my family and friends. She looked after us and kept us on track. My now husband kept expressing how appreciative he was of Krista. I HIGHLY recommend A Perfect Little Plan for your wedding or event.

From start to finish, she was incredibly kind, patient, and professional, always making sure I felt completely supported throughout the entire planning process. With regular calls for nearly a year, she helped me through checklists and kept my priorities straight. She consistently put my mind at ease and handled any and every detail with care, precision, and always with a smile. She also kept my sanity in check with the occasional venting session 🙂

The team of brilliant, local vendors she helped to create was an extension of her own level of quality and expertise. I knew I was in good hands with each of them, thanks to her.

She was also incredibly responsive and flexible. Especially considering I was planning a Connecticut wedding from North Carolina - she never hesitated to be my boots on the ground, taking initiative to visit my venue without even having to ask! Throughout the process - no matter the hour of the day - no question was too small, and no request was too much. She was always there when I needed her, period! This was especially true over the course of the wedding weekend, which was complicated by various locations across Fairfield County, rain, and I-95's worst era of traffic. She was always where I needed her, ensuring everything ran smoothly, even running around town for me in the days leading up. She literally can do it all!

A Perfect Little Plan came recommended to me and exceeded my expectations! Krista made my life SO easy. Not to mention, I didn't meet her until the day of my wedding and somehow felt immediately comfortable with her. She took care of everything, made it happen and was a breeze to work with. She provided a really organized and easy to use google doc when we started which made planning so much easier. If I had another large event, I would 100% ask Krista to support the event. Not to mention, an affordable service with great a great provider.

Krista was our day-of wedding coordinator and we cannot recommend her more highly! In the month leading up to our wedding, we started working with Krista to organize our day-of timeline and she helped us get all of our other vendors organized with our venue. Krista was so generous with her time, visiting the venue with us for a walkthrough and even staining a big seating chart table that she lent us so it better fit with the look of our wedding.

On the day of our wedding, she beautifully set up our tables, welcome area, etc. She made sure we had all of our needs being met and having a great time, while simultaneously making sure the day went according to the timeline. Our videographer showed up several hours late on the day of our wedding, and Krista managed this for us wonderfully. She really kept all the trains running on time for us.

Krista is so professional, friendly, organized and calm. We highly recommend working with her!

Krista was amazing! I wasn't sure what to expect when hiring a coordinator, but I am so beyond grateful that not only did we have someone, but it was Krista. She anticipated everything, was organized, asked questions I didn't think of, and overall kept our day (and the time leading up to it) perfectly smooth. She created a timeline that kept us on track, while still being able to enjoy the day and not feel over planned or rushed in any way. She was so lovely to share the experience with, everyone should have a Krista during their wedding! We clicked easily, and she was always accessible for questions or reassurance. Our other vendors loved working with her as well, and just cannot say enough good things. I was hesitant to hand over such an important task to someone we didn't know, and couldn't not have imagined it in better hands. We're going to miss her now that our special day is over, but so grateful to have had her help!

I had a wonderful experience using Krista as my wedding planner. We hired her as a day/month of coordinator, but she provided value far beyond that. I started asking her questions probably 8 months in advance of the wedding - I’m highly detail oriented so I asked about truly everything under the sun (from rain plans, to bussing, to vendor parking, decor, seating, signage etc etc), and Krista always had a thoughtful, timely response. She really knows Penfield Pavilion and the vendors in the area.. her recommendations were extremely helpful (and good ones!) I couldn’t have planned this wedding successfully without her guidance. When it came to the day of, she also executed the plan without a hitch, especially given how complex the plan was (3 locations including 2 family properties involving bussing, etc.) all in extreme heat.. she was our hero ! I can’t recommend Krista enough - you will be in great hands!
