It’s so sad, it’s not like I was waiting until the last day to check on my rentals 32 days before they renew. When checking the new policies, there was a 32% increase. I spent close to 3hrs trying to speak to a customer service person with 5 call backs and sent to road side assistance. When I finally got to speak to someone one. I question way my policies were changed ei the year my house was built and what type of house I live in ei is it a single or a two story building. The house was built in 1960 not 1985 and it is single level ranch type home not a two story house. I was told I was wrong, the underwriter knew the year and type of house. The part of the house that has the shingles counted as the Second floor.
Erie Insurance, USAA and others were more then 30% less then the AAA insurance. It is so sad that a person is treated this way.

Everyone here has been so kind and very helpful. Scott has been so much help for me while dealing with my husband's passing and title stuff. If you need any notary things done, I highly recommend this office.

Extremely disappointed trying to transfer a title. First trip in, told I needed a bill of sale from seller because of a Florida title. Second trip in, after 15 minutes into the process, they asked if I had an MV 41...what Have never needed that before. Proceeded to a Notary 2 miles away and in 10 minutes had my transfer completed! Seems they will try anything to not perform this service.

I have been a AAA member for approximately 25 years.
I went their about 10 days ago to have a vehicle title changed. We arrived at 4:10(they closed at 5:00) they told us they were unable to help us because they were in the middle of helping one set of customers and their would not be time to transfer our title. It does not take 50 minutes to transfer a title. Their were 3 other workers that were not helping anyone...my impression is that their employees are unable to help you after 4pm.
I am definitely rethinking my AAA membership.

We went to Route 6 notary and
were helped immediately and we were still finished before 5 pm. I guess it is all about which company wants your business

Don't bother going there to get anything notarized, not sure how they even still have their license to do it. The document probably won't be accepted and will have to go somewhere else and pay again. Not to mention the attitude you receive! What happened to customer service with a smile? 1 star was sadly the minimum that I could leave.

I call to ask about a plate and insurance clearly stating that I only have a valid i.d. and will be taking my learners permit tomarrow and I don't know much on how this works to be told "yes we can do that." I live several miles away and rode a bicycle threw rush hour traffic and when I get there am told "we can't help you" I left furious. I will NEVER EVER do business with incompetent people. The Meadville PA office is incompetent and careless.
