I came at half past noon with my camera card for a renewal. Didn't even have a chance to sit down before my number was called. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Impressive and friendly service.

Stay AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!
Just left AAA Monroeville office to get a drivers license picture and waited almost 1/2 an hour with NO ONE in the waiting area. Took a number but nobody called even the number pulled!! Then this guy wobbled out and closed the entrance without EVEN calling the last number.
What's wrong with people who can't even do their job as you WASTED MY TIME!! I paid for my license and don't care about the picture till I actually need it!!
What a joke this location is!!!

Go across the street to monroeville messenger service. You will pay a little more, but get GUARANTEED results with spot on professionalism.

The front desk lady was very rude. She said they don't do anything with Real ID. but the website, phone machine, and door say they process it. She was dark skinned, had glasses, poofy hair. She needs to b fired. I told her what the phone machine said she got nasty and I left.

I don't know what's going on I'm a new customer to AAA insurance and they are absolutely horrific. Unprofessional unreliable and they keep mixing up the name with another customer.

Unless you want to waste your time calling in several times, waiting for follow ups on cases that haven’t been documented or were ignored, AND having to complete tasks that ultimately contributed nothing to resolving your situation…. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I’ve been trying to transfer my title for a month and keep getting the runaround. The first time I was told they could not request my title from Penndot until I was physically at AAA, so I called again the following week to confirm the best time to come in and was told I could just have it faxed over. The person I spoke with gave me a fax number, took down my phone number and said they would call me to follow up. I called again a week later and was told they will continue looking for the faxed title and would call me back. When I called today, the person I spoke to said they don’t accept faxes. Instead of trying a 4th time to be told something else incorrect and getting no further along on this transfer, I’m gladly taking my business elsewhere.

I had a AAA account, broke down and was told I didn't have an account. I payed for a tow. I later went to AAA to get a new account and have some notary work done and found out that they had been auto paying an old account and I did have it all along. I was told oh sorry too bad.

If I could rate this place as incompetent I would. This is by far the worst service I have ever received. I have been to this location 5 times now and every single time they tell me I need another form. I triple confirm every time I leave that if I return with the documents that I I will be good to tag my truck. I show up again and something else is needed not previously mentioned. Absolutely trash. They had to bring someone in from another location to “clean things up.” Not a single person can do their job. Do yourself a favor a drive an hour if you have to. You will save time. ABSOLUTELY TRASH.

Truly unbelievable place. Needed to get a new title for my car, went here. The person that helped me put in the wrong mileage on the title, even though the paper I signed saying everything was correct was correct. Now it’s been almost 2 months of me trying to get a new title when it was their mistake, and I’m still getting nowhere. And the car I’m trying to sell keeps going down in value because of this places mistake.
