Tried to register my 5 foot trailer here. They said I needed a certified mechanic to inspect it, which is not correct. I left there and went down the road to another business to immediately register and get plates. All they needed to do was verify the serial number on the paperwork and the trailer. Apparently they didn’t want to take the time to do that. Don’t waste your time going here.

They are the most unhelpful group of ladies in any professional business I have ever come across. I have been a triple A member as long as I have been driving a car, but that will likely not be the case in the near future. After three trips into the office they refused to help remedy a situation that should have been quite simple. I have never had anyone be so rude to a customer in my entire life!

My husband and I went to AAA North Penn to get a car title transfer and registered to PA. Shelia waited on us and did her job very well. There was some bad vibes and tension between some of the workers. Some of the workers were not very friendly 🙁
