The first 2 times I used Accurate the service was consistent and the customer service was to be expected. This last experience will be a last. Their applications are inconsistent and the technicians dont seem to communicate with the office. All the office can go by is what the technician notes and if you dispute it they act like you are the problem. Travis was a real condesending prick and was quick to remind me of my 6 month service contract. Which is fine because money is not the issue. Quality of service and customer service is. If that's what matters to you, I'd find another company.

We cannot give enough stars or positive comments about Accurate Termite Pest Control. We have used Accurate for many years and have always been satisfied with their service. They are very professional, efficient and detail oriented. We recently had a huge hornets nest in our front yard. We called Accurate and spoke with Rob. Early the next morning, Randy E. was here, explained the whole process and proceeded to eliminate the hive, which was the size of a basketball. Randy cleaned up and bagged the remaining debris and within the hour, the hornets were gone. Thanks Randy and the entire team at Accurate Termite and Pest for your service. We appreciate your excellent service and highly recommend your company for fast, friendly and quality service. Truly the best!!!

I have used the Accurate Termite & Pest Control in Laurel Delaware for 2 1/2 years. Yesterday, a technician named Bert came to the house to investigate and treat for a potential mice problem in an attic space. Bert was knowledgeable, friendly, respectful of our home and explained everything he was doing. Great service…….kudos to Bert and your company.

It is a shame that I had to respond here and this will not allow me to respond to the Ghost writer that hysterically replied below. Of course everybody will have amnesia and side with their dishonest or "Wonderful" bossTravis. He is their Manager and if they need the job, he probably has them brow beaten pretty well. It seems that the lady that answered one of my latest calls joked that all company email is routed through Travis so that he can place smoke screens, place blame and abuse Law Enforcement by calling them and making them take time to investigate and respond to his cries of wolf!
The person below did not sign the response so I am assuming the lady in the office was correct about what he is capable of fabricating any responses to complaints before Corporate becomes aware.
Your response is the canned response of a narcissistic, ego challenged person that has seen way too many of these complaints!
Just reference your responses to other complaints on Yelp.
The issue is that Travis has lied, bullied and talked his way to the end of the road. Laurel is small and he is flailing trying to keep and get new business which is simply impossible if Travis is attached. His responses to complaints all have the same lie and accept no blame attitude.Look at the reviews that mention Travis and the drama on the response. He annoys local Law Enforcement after he escalates situations.

My Specialist Randy serviced our home today. We’ve been having a problem with ants on the porch, porch furniture, around the doors to the house, and in the kitchen by the pantry. He addressed all those areas and put straws filled with stuff so the ants would take it back to their nests. He did such a great job keying in on my problem areas. He was very professional and satisfied all our concerns. I’m glad he’s my Accurate Specialist. He remembered my problems from the last treatment and explained how the products would work. Highly satisfied with my service today. I look forward to seeing him on my next treatment. ** Ten stars for Randy.

Awesome service from Accurate. I called Karen about a wasp nest in my gutter and siding. Within 2 hours Matt looked at the situation and advised me that Logan could remove the wasps. Logan arrived at 8am the next morning, sprayed the gutter area and eliminated the wasps. The entire experience was a great example of focus on the customer and professionalism. It is refreshing to see this kind of dedication.

We have been with accurate for over a year and they have excellent service from sales, to the technicians, and office staff that have assisted us. We have not any pest problems since signing up with their quarterly service and when we have a question or issue they address it immediately to resolve the issue. They have payment plans for their services and are competitive in pricing and it is very affordable. Randy Ellis is very knowledge and a great asset to the company. I connected with him initially to get our service started and he was awesome. He has excellent customer service skills and knows what he is doing.
