Kayla always makes sure she goes above and beyond to fully explain any questions I may have whenever I come in to handle financial business. She also always seems to know the answer to fix things when something goes wrong in the computer system. Today the check scanner was broken and she still found a way to handle everyone in the branch. It does seem a little unfair the hoops she has to constantly jump through just to do her job.

Kayla never disappoints every week she gets me in and out quick, everything is always quick and painless. She has a smile that makes you feel welcomed. She has amazing customer service skills. She goes above and beyond to help people. I have seen her help out elderly in more ways than one. Just a good person. It's nice to find a place that is safe and trustworthy to cash your checks and has an amazing person like Kayla she makes the whole visit and process amazing.
