I worked with Ariel for over 3 months and his advice and coaching were really a game changer in many ways . He helped me to changed my eating habits and encouraged me to start walking daily and not sit in my office chair all day. I now average 5 miles per day by simply taking numerous small 15 to 20 minute walks in between appointments. I have dropped 30lbs with the plan. Ariel Goldenberg is a gifted fitness and health coach. I am a very busy business owner and dad of 2 young kids, so my free time is at a minimum.
