We have been staying at their properties for 6 years, we have stayed in the condos with the boat garages which are awesome to store the boat out of the heat after you get off of the river in the summer. The 2 bedroom villas are also very nice, everything clean and upgraded and even had our own back yard. We rent the 4 bedroom house the most because we invite the whole family and we all fit comfortably, the pool and jacuzzi in the backyard is the kid’s favorite. They are all pet friendly so our dogs always come with us. All the properties are just a few miles to launch from Windsor Beach or Cattail Cove, there’s a grocery store close to get all of the essentials and BBQ makings to enjoy your stay! This is the only place we stay and always will as long as Annie and the team make it the best!

What an awesome experience! We rented a 2 Bed Villa for a quick weekend trip for my birthday and Annie made the entire process easy and painless. The rates are more than fair and the service is top notch. We booked entirely way to late, and even last minute they accommodated us. The house was beautiful and easy to find. Being so close to the lake made it easy to get on and off the water, and there was plenty of room to pull in my 30' pontoon boat before slipping it. We will definitely be using AVR for our next stay in Havasu. Thanks again to Annie for making my birthday trip just that much better!

If you're looking for a no- nonsense, clean room with a comfy bed, and an affordable price to stay in, this fits the bill. The staff were great, & the big screen tv was BIG! I'd definitely stay again.

We have rented from them for 7 years and enjoyed it very much. The 2 bedroom villa was beautiful and clean. The location is beautiful and you can see the sunset over the lake. We were close to everything we needed movies, restaurants, mall, and grocery stores. I would recommend everyone to visit this vacation place. The owners are very nice and sociable. If we needed anything we got it. The best place we have ever rented. Heading back this year in October. We love it so much we stay for at least 7 months.

We rented a 1 bedroom unit for a week and loved it. Great location. Everything was clean, modern and well kept. It was also great to have a garage. Owners were wonderful to work with. I had several questions before arriving and got very quick responses.

Put a deposit on a rental that was very misleading, and when I tried contacting “Kathy”, she never once returned my calls. Thanks to Air BNB, I worked with them to get the deposit back. Be careful who you rent with. They did rent the place out shortly after I canceled,so it wasn’t like they were losing money. Just wanted to keep mine too!

Rented from them for two years. The duplex was beautiful and the staff was very good to me. Highly recommend this place.
