This was a very nice hotel. It was quiet and clean. We only stayed one night passing through but would definitely stay again. The only down fall was the pillows that were way too flat for my liking.

Overall great experience, clean & friendly.

3 small complaints:
-The room and entire hall smelled like some one let off a febreze bomb. Not in a good clean way. We had to air out our room because we could barely breath.
-They didn’t have a very clear map of the base. The housing and hotel are on the opposite side of the free way as the exchange and theater so that was a little bit of a hassle.
-Coffee was broken in the lobby & they didn’t have any water.

We would definitely stay here again!

If you are on base and need a room this is a nice Builliting 👍 nice big clean rooms and comfy beds.

Molds and mildew under toilet bowl and tub. When I brought it up, they offered to move me to another room, but the room I was moved in had the same issue. I did bring it up to the supervisor and his response was that because of the moisture and humidity. But I said that's not an excused to have moldy bathroom.
I was there about a year ago fir the same issues, came back and check in again this year and they had same issues with molds and mildew. Housekeeping said they were not allowed to use bleach but their bathroom maintenence was substandard and not up to the Covid protocol.
They didn't addressed the issues and we just ended up cleaning it ourselves and I asked housekeeping to give me cleaning supplies.

Molds and mildew cause respiratory problem which I told them and supervisor seems did not care. Nothing was done. They can say they offer you to move to another room but it still did not addressed the issues because the room we got moved into has same Molds and mildew too.

If I can avoid staying I here, would stay off base. It's just hassle because cleanliness was not the top of the list.

Housekeeping was nice and front desk mostly friendly.

Stayed Jan 2023. Staff was friendly and hotel room was clean, but I had issues with my thermostat. The AC did not work. Even when I would turn the thermostat off, I could not get the room below 77 degrees. When the thermostat was on, the thermostat would be set at 72, but would be 80 degrees inside the room. I contacted the staff and they offered to put me in another room, but it didnt fix the problem. I called again and was told maintenance would take a look the next day or I could move rooms. No one ever came and I ended up checking out and going off base because it was so uncomfortable and made it almost impossible to sleep while I was TDY here. Never had issues with any base lodging before til I came here.

Have stayed there over the past several years and never had a negative experience. Find Front staff very courteous and most helpful! Rooms always clean and comfortable thanks to attentive house keeping staff like Ms. Johnson.

I usually don't give 5 stars, but in this case I am going to make an exception. The process of getting a room was real easy, a phone call and I was there. The staff was very friendly and eager to help, checking in and checking out. The rooms were very clean and everything you needed was in there. The Inn had a freshness about it that I liked. I would recommend the facility and I am going to stay again. Maybe this time a little longer. Thank you Eagles Rest Inn for letting me stay.
