I have had the absolute best experience with AirOne Hospitality. I am a full time business owner and super new to STR hosting so I reached out to AirOne just needing a little bit of extra help. After talking with Laura, I realized how many things I was missing when it came to STRs.

4 months later and my rental is running better and more efficient than I ever could have made it myself. I am now entirely hands off with a high occupancy rate which is exactly what I wanted (passive income!!!).

Laura keeps my property clean and well taken care of. Even after months of guests, the house looks exactly the same if not better. Recently, we had an issue with the water heater during one of the guest’s stays and Laura immediately took care of the problem and kept me updated every step of the way. She has her own cleaners, handymen, etc. for when problems arise which is so helpful.

I seriously cannot thank AirOne enough!

Laura has been amazing from the moment we were first referred to her. She was an incredible resource before our purchase providing valuable insight every step of the way before she ever knew we'd purchase. After the purchase, her knowledge of what it takes to turn a house into an incredible guest experience is a differentiator. Since the house has been in service, she's come through with low vacancy and very happy guests. She learns from every guest experience and implements it to continually improve subsequent guest experiences. Her goal is to provide the best guest experience possible each and every time. Laura is a quick and friendly communicator for owners and guests alike. She truly cares for the home as though were her own, which is a level of care that is very difficult to find. Laura is an invaluable member of ours and any STR team!

Owner Prospective. First off, this is not my first management experience, but it has by far been the worst and most stressful. From the moment I signed the contract, all details from our initial discussion and plan for management went out the window, and I felt the relationship immediately became one-sided to her advantage instead of the mutually beneficial one that I expected. Anytime I had questions regarding her choices or actions, her typical response would be "refer back to the contract," or she would simply refuse to respond if she didn't want to deal with the question, suggestion, or feedback that was presented.

In the event any repairs needed to be done at my property, she was quick to ask ME to find someone to take care of it even though she was the one who was hired, and paid, as the property manager to resolve these issues. I quickly realized she had very little property knowledge and no contacts to facilitate anything that may be needed at the property beyond her Marketing Photos. She also had very little experience with any smart home technology and was unwilling to try and use it, this resulted in unnecessary operating costs billed to me.

The final straw occurred when she chose not to schedule the AC Repair that I had to set up for her while the property was vacant, because she said "I was holding off setting up the HVAC service since we didn't have any other bookings." Wouldn't it make sense for repairs to be done while the property is empty? That is when she agreed to part ways instead of holding me hostage for the final 2 months of our contract. I have since moved on to another host and cannot be happier with the communication and relationship that I am seeing.

Update: She subsequently threatened legal action for utilizing reviews that had been left by the guests who had stayed at MY property. I appeased her on this just to be done with the insanity and avoid having to deal with her further.
